I am a returning customer
I am a returning customer. So satisfied with my first purchase I decided that as my knees had got worse, making it much harder to get up from sitting, I would get an additional recliner/riser chair for my living room.
The sales lady Ellena could not have been more patient with me leaving me feeling NOT rushed at all.

Stressless recliner chair purchase
The member of staff, Kerr. gave excellent service, not at at all pushy. He took his time to go over the details of the chair I was purchasing, as well as ensuring that the matching material I required was suitable. Overall I was entirely satisfied with my experience at HSL and would recommend this store.

I think the customer service (NOT THE SHOP STAFF)this company is disgusting, after paying over £2000 for my sofa bed, the service I have received is awful, the base cushions move forward when I sit on it, this is causing me to get back ache, even though they have sent 2 technicians who have said there are no issues, I have now had to put a towel over the bed before putting the covering on this has h helped but don’t think I should have to do this and they are telling me I can pay for a upholster technician and if they find a fault they will reimburse me, what is my warranty for that cost me £90. This has been happening since I received the sofa but thought it because it was new., the first technician came out in August the second one in September and I cannot seat comfortably

Great experience 😄
From the moment we walked into store (Clifton Moor York) I was impressed. The lady who served us was delightful. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. We did get a quote, I wanted a single bed that moved. I ordered the bed about two weeks later. I was kept well informed as to the progress of the bed. It was delivered yesterday. Chris who delivered the bed was a star. Chris and his colleague set up the bed. When that was done , Chris went through everything with me showing me how to use the controls, explained the drawers. Chris was charming . My whole experience with HSL was really positive. I would not hesitate to use them again. I would definitely recommend HSL.

Excellent service from knowledgeable staff.
We had an excellent demonstration of the different chairs in the showroom and their functions. Rukkaya explained how a chair should fit the body - it is definitely NOT “one size fits all”!
Pushpa came to help when we were choosing fabric.
There was a slight confusion with the invoice (not caused by Rukkaya or Pushpa) but this was quickly resolved by Pushpa.

be delivered = how can I honestly evaluate my experience Sadly you are simply playing games with

The member of staff was very helpful and professional. She knew all about the product I wanted and explained the various options clearly. I am unable to comment on the delivery service as I still have not been given a delivery date or been contacted. This is a little disappointing.

First class service, great product
We received first class service from Ian and Kayleigh. We were invited to take all the time we needed to find our fabric, each of us were assisted to find the chair size and motor that suited our needs. We were very impressed with the product and the staff, this really was a gold star service and we would recommend HSL to everyone looking for a new suite. A very positive shopping experience which I thoroughly enjoyed

We had a very warm welcome when we went…
We had a very warm welcome when we went into our local Hsl store. We were given plenty of time to look around and given lots of information regarding the chairs we purchased. We were allowed plenty of time to sit in the chairs to make sure they were right for us. The sales person Eden was lovely, she brought us coffee and biscuits whilst chatting about the chairs.
