Very helpful staff when choosing our stressless chairs

We had an excellent demonstration of the different chairs in the showroom and their functions. Rukkaya explained how a chair should fit the body - it is definitely NOT “one size fits all”!
Pushpa came to help when we were choosing fabric.
There was a slight confusion with the invoice (not caused by Rukkaya or Pushpa) but this was quickly resolved by Pushpa.
Very happy with the service we received,

The member of staff was very helpful and professional. She knew all about the product I wanted and explained the various options clearly. I am unable to comment on the delivery service as I still have not been given a delivery date or been contacted. This is a little disappointing.

From entering the HSL store to the delivery team leaving my mother’s house our experience has been superb. My mother was treated kindly in store (including a cup of tea) given time to make choices and try different options of chair. A realistic delivery time was given which was met and she felt the delivery staff were polite, efficient and respectful of her home. She is very happy with her comfy chair too. Well done all at HSL

Very friendly and helpful staff in the showroom. We didn’t feel pressured into ordering anything and they explained how the different types of chairs worked and how they assist the user.
The staff kept us informed with regards the delivery date and, on the day, the expected time.
Damion and Carl delivered, assembled and demonstrated how the chairs work. They were very polite and respectful.
Would recommend to anyone.

Took my father to have a look for a settee, lovely assistant greeted us at the door, i explained I had been sent a catalogue and wonted to look at the settees my father liked, she was very helpful we found the perfect settee, my dad picked the fabric he wonted it was a very pleasant experience, very helpful staff, no pressure, talked us through the whole process, highly recommended

Rukkaya was very helpful and gave us all the details we needed to choose our chair without feeling pressured or rushed.

The sales woman was very polite and helpful. She was attentive but not push.

The Lady, at the Peterborough showroom was very helpful and friendly, it was a relaxed atmosphere.
However there was an issue with a cash sale, as. stating, they wasn’t happy with storing the money overnight.

Dawn met us at the door and stayed with up through our whole visit . She listened to what we wanted and took us straight to the correct recliner chairs. She checked the sizes we both needed and let us us the controller to see if we liked them. She then was very patient showing us fabric. All the time listening to our thoughts. Looking forward to receiving our chairs

The customer advisor was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Product actually turned out to be three times the advertised price. Apparently this is because of the upholstery pattern we wanted. The prices advertised are to get you into the store and unless you go very basic you should expect to pay considerably more. Mind she never offered any beverages. I have given a fiver star for customer service but reserve the right to change this when the chairs are delivered if they don't meet my expectations

Being met by the lovely friendly sales assistant by showing us round and giving us time and explaing all about the different chairs. Then helping us pick the right chairs and right size for our needs. Then finish off with tea and biscuits. We couldn't have had better service. And our chairs was delivered in 3 days.

The woman who served us was very helpful and kind.

I visited this morning after learning that I have an unexpected health issue which will require life saving surgery and a long rehabilitation. Dawn and Pushpa went out of there way to help me and we're kind and patient even after I got a little emotional. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

My wife and I needed some new furniture for the house that we have downsized to now we are in our twighlight years. We have had bad experiences with previous furniture stores, however, we needn’t have worried when we visited the store in Peterborough, we were greeted at the door by the lovely Pushpa. That welcome to us meant a lot and immediately put us at rest and marked our minds that we were dealing with a company that loved customers. Absolutely nothing like the other competitors.
Going back to the welcome at the door and the customer service. The company hierarchy can implement this procedure BUT it can only come across to customers as genuine if your heart is in it and Pushpa did and she meant it.
It was lovely.

All in all very impressed.

Delivery of my chair in mid June by Lee and Carl. Arrived nice and early. Products unwrapped and handled with care. Polite and professional and everything explained to me. Highly recommended.
