HSL Chairs - Stockton-on-Tees Avis 

We visited the Stockton store and saw furniture that we liked, so returned on the following week to place our order. Jill was extremely friendly and was very helpful with our colour choices for a three piece suite and footstool. Another kind assistant brought us coffee and biscuits, which was a lovely gesture. The lady manager also assisted with her knowledge of the products. It was in all, a very nice experience to be given such good customer service. Sincere thanks to everyone who assisted us. Also, just so pleased that our new furniture is made in the UK and not coming on a slow boat from China. Buy British! 🙂

If there had been six stars, I would have selected that as the service we received from start to finish was excellent. Both Alli and Steph were extremely friendly and not pushy in any way. They went out of their way to make us comfortable as I have Progressive MS and had my therapy dog (Humphrey) with us. We weren’t hurried and were perfectly happy with our purchase. A good price and quick delivery by Alex and Dean was all we could have asked for. Many thanks, John, Val and Humphrey.

Ordered new chair, bit expensive but was given a discount and Jillian the sales person was very helpful. Would recommend.

Knowledge of ergonomics and my personal physical needs of the chair I was buying. Very helpful, patient and so friendly. They took time to ensure I bought the chair that was right for me.

The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and very professional. We dealt with the area manager and it was a pleasure and we were given great advice would really recommend.

Friendly advice in the first visit, sample chair brought to the house and excellent delivery team telephone query provided answer to a query efficiently

Had a bed delivered today by HSL, very professional from start to finish. From ordering in the Stockton branch to todays delivery everything was excellent. Everything explained and shown to my elderly mother in law. Todays team were very polite and friendly thank you to Craig and Lee.

We we're made to feel welcome from first speaking on the phone, entering the shop to throughout our shopping experience. The ladies at Stockton Upon Tees are so friendly and helpful we were literally met with open arms.

Called in to Stockton branch today for a look around and wow what a beautiful store fabulous staff and intoxicating atmosphere 🥂 on their launch day. Our salesperson was the lovely Jillian didn’t get the name of the lovely lady who kept my glass full of procecco 🥂 well it worked lol . Purchase the beautiful Modena Modular corner unit the leather on this sofa is by far the best i have sat on hopefully it will live up to my expectations.

The service was 2nd to none, the sales people were great pleasant and well informed Jill our assistant was really great, But the overall staff were amazing.

I think the lady was called Stephanie who looked after my mum and I. She was so lovely, patient and very helpful. She is an asset to HSL.

Excellent customer service - staff could not have been more helpful. Not pushy, great product knowledge, answered all our questions, lots of patience. I didn't expect going to choose a chair for my dad to be such a tonic for him!
