The two ladies in store were wonderful
The two ladies in store were wonderful, very helpful and gave all their time, and we had a cup of tea and biscuits. Very pleasant shop.

No hanging about
No hanging about. I knew what I wanted. It was just a matter of choosing a colour. Melissa the sales advisor showed me a booklet of colours which I soon found the colour that suited my needs.

A great place to by a comfortable chair
This is a great company. The staff in the Wellingborough store were super helpful and patient. We found chairs to meet the differing needs of both Mum and Dad which are well made and comfortable. The delivery guys, Paul and Carl F were really lovely and accommodating - especially as we had to move the furniture a couple of times to position the chairs in the most functional places.

Thoroughly professional and friendly experience. Melissa even made us tea and biscuits while we considered options. She helped us reduce those options to a shorter list which we could review and make our choice.
