Terrible product
Terrible product. Constantly times out, streaming is all pixelated. Freezes all the time. Currently trying to negotiate a return of this awful product and their customer service is as terrible as their product. Have had mine for 1 month and have followed their trouble shooting, purchased new HDMI cables and it’s still has the same issues! I can stream apps from my smart tv directly without issue and have never had a problem with Telstra tv or a Foxtel box. As soon as hubbl is plugged in there are issues! Avoid at all costs!! I’ll be taking my complaint further to NSW Fair Trading to get a refund as Hubbl are saying they won’t refund me as I’m “changing my mind”

If I could give a lower rating I would. Absolutely disgrace of a company. Was charged for kayo account after cancelling account. Their online chat is ridiculous and impossible to get contact details to talk to an actual person.

Do not buy HUBBL biggest waste of money ever. I use the apps for each steaming service instead . the hubbl device has to much crap on it and you can not set it up the way you want to . AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE . they take ur money and hope you fail . I think of myself as very tech savvy but this is crap . I have tryd to contact there support a number of times ,Just other waste of time . wish i could get my money back . STICK TO THE APPS AND GOOGLE CHROME CAST
Absolutely horrendous experience with Hubbl
Absolutely horrendous experience trying to cancel my Kayo subscription through Hubbl. I have cancelled it at least 4 times now and the thing still won't stop billing me. I'm in my 20's and still cant figure out how to cancel the thing.... Its disgraceful they make it this difficult to trap you in and keep billing you. Boycott incoming.

A zero would have been preferable. Hubbl are an atrocious scam!! Number one, you cannot cancel subscriptions easily. No2 they double billed me for 3 months and refused all liability or to pay me back. No3 the Hubbl subscription was forced on me when they 'illegally' hijacked my Binge and Kayo accounts, I never authorised this! No4. Do not use them and deal with the individual streaming service, not these money grabbers. Very annoyed..
Forcing Subscription without Agreement
I have cancelled my subscription after a long chat with support last month. They said ok all good. Suddenly the subscription automatically on and I am charged again! How come they scam it - they supposed be a legit company!

Do not bother the absolutely worst service ever to exist in Australia. Only use them to pay for your bin subscription. Do not bother bundling they are absolutely useless. If there was any other way for me to pay for binge I would. Avoid at all costs

How can these apps be getting worse as technology advances? Constant technical issues , clunky to navigate, just poor performance all round. Search bar useless. Watching episodes on demand start about 45 minutes before the show you're chasing, so you have to fast forward for ages looking for the episode start. Netflix was hacked within days of moving to Hubble. Had it for years. Coincidence?
Total waste of money
Total waste of money. Not long after the warranty period expired, terrestial TV stopped working. I now need to use apps which is limited and I have to log into the app each time I want to watch a programme. Hubbl hangs now and then and I have to unplug/ plug it back in for it to work. When it is working the most frustrating thing is having to scroll to very very bottom of the screen to get to the menus not to mention programmes don't synchronise on non-Hubbl devices.
I have tried dealing with support but they take 1 week to reply and each time they reply they ask another question which they will take another week to reply to the answer. I have up after 1 month.
I have disconnected it and back to using a set top box for my projector.

9 times out of 10 doesn’t work. Constantly signs out of account and asks for pin but no pin will work. Extremely frustrating user experience. Would not recommend.

A very bad experience with their service, the subscription doesn't send out any reminders before deductions. Cancellation process is complicated, they don't offer refunds even if you put in the request on the day of renewal, as they don't inform in advance. Stay away from them
Unfortunately had to replace my Telstra Roku Box
Had to replace my Telstra TV and didn't want to be tied to a network again. Apart from the obvious deficiencies of not including all the apps which Telstra did, the performance is so poor. I have had to do at least 3 resets. I periodically have to enter my PIN for reasons unknown. Freezes frequently. I've had it for about 6 weeks. Doubt I will have it for much longer. Such a waste of money. Luckily I have a Chromecast for back up when Hubble stops working.
Also, not user friendly. To get to live TV is such a convoluted process

First of all you can’t put extra apps on hubble box. If i new that i would not have bought it. When you go to continue a show on continue section it jumps to a different episode.
They stopped Telstra tv box so you had to buy new box. Yes they give you a free fetch tv but there is no Kayo on it. Telstra is crap

Bought a Hubbl because Telstra T Box was phased out. Should have gone with the Telstra Fetch. Hubbl has not worked properly since we bought it. Picture quality through ariel is terrible, shuts down and makes a continuous buzzing noise until it's unplugged. $75 stright to the tip!!

Useless fkn company and useless fkn site. They deliberately make cancelling subscription hard. They don't allow you to remove payment methods. Their customer service is about as useless as an ashtray on a motorbike.
Worst TV box ever
Three months of having Hubbl - it’s terrible.
Fails to work every day. System shuts down or resets all the time. Apps never work, if we turn off hubbl and use apps through tv, they work. Picture is awful.

I cannot access WWE content live on hubbl (using Binge)
Raw is generally about 2-3 days later
Smackdown is between 5 days- 3 weeks later.
Live Events are about 3 weeks later, if at all, Clash at the Castle is still not available on hubbl).
Everytime I try to get this resolved, I simply get fobbed off.
After weeks of being frustrated, led on, lied to and fobbed off by the so called customer support team I can only conclude that the 1 thing worse than the hubbl service is the people they employ to deal with us

I tried to sign up over 5 times, and the technology kept failing. Accepting payment but then sending a email saying the subscription couldn’t be created.
Essentially scammed me out of a free trial just trying to get it to work.
A scam, and ruined my perception of Binge.
