After a shipping mistake they made it right by offering me a discount on items that could not be fulfilled and letting me donate the shirt that was shipped by mistake. Excellent company both online and the physical stores.

They are the top in men’s fine apparel, outdoor gear, knives, home wares from huge trusted names to boutique handmade expert goods. There team is honest and fast. My favorite online site by a country mile.

They have the best support. Super helpful when I am trying new gear and styles. I recently missed my return window and they warmly helped me out!

My all-around experience with Huckberry is always first rate. The selection of quality gear is second to none. Returns, if needed, are simple. Huckberry's friendly and accommodating support staff are on (rare) issues immediately. Huckberry goes above and beyond in every aspect of the buying experience. In my recent case Huckberry gave me credit for my purchase, told me I could keep the purchase, and also gave me a discount code for my next purchase. First rate.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Huckberry and have been extremely impressed with both the quality and overall experience. I purchased Turkish towels (5) from Huckberry in Nov 2024. Since I was still using my towel purchases from Turkey, I used my first towel from Huckberry very recently. The issue was the absorbency of the towel, attempted wiping 2-3 times but still had to use a second towel to wipe myself dry. The towels look good and fabric feels nice but just do not wipe.
Anyway I didn’t open any more packs, since I did not see any purpose.
I contacted Huckberry mainly to inform them about this problem.
They asked me for my order / receipt and once I forwarded that, they gladly gave me credit for the whole
amount.
Kudos to them for this prompt and kind gesture towards their customer, which they were not obliged to do so.

Customer support team was willing to listen and understand the issue I had quickly and offered a generous resolution.

I was concerned by order was lost in the mail. Its seems Huckberry was a little resistant to admit that as the days went on. I was prompted to leave a review prior to receiving my order, so I left a 1 star saying I had yet to receive... At that point I was reached out to saying HB would fill my order from new stock, and I received it quickly once it was shipped.

I wanted to purchase a jacket that I wanted but was unable to register in the company's website. I got into a tech "loop" which prevented me from making the order (possibly because the system flagged my ISP as being located outside CONUS. Called customer service who answered immediately. Was told that the inquiry had to be escalated to other personnel dealing with technical isses. Issue was escalated and resolved quite expeditiously. Call made in the morning; issue resolved and was able to place order in the afternoon. That's what I call old fashioned good customer service where you talk with humans who resolve problems and not bots which tell you to dial #2. Hope businesses like this do not become a thing of the past, I intend to support it.

I had a great experience with Huckberry. I initially thought the jacket I ordered might be too large, and their support team was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the process. In the end, the jacket arrived and it fit great — excellent quality, well made, and exactly what I was hoping for. It’s refreshing to find a company that combines great products with genuinely helpful customer service. Highly recommended.

I am NZ based and was flying to the US for my wedding celebration pool party weekend (lots of people and professional photography). I needed swim shorts for myself and my brother asap, so I had them delivered to the US address we were going to be staying. Unfortunately I entered the the street number in wrong so the package couldn’t be delivered. I contacted Huckberry support (on an weekend) and Jhon performed miracles and sent out a new order of the swim shorts on priority shipping. The timeframe was tight but the new order arrived the day before I needed them, all at not extra charge. I have nothing but praise for Huckberry’s customer service and products. The swim shorts I ordered were the Proof brand, which I understand to be there in-house brand. These fit and look great both on myself and my brother who wore the XXL size. The liner enhances comfort and came in essential for modesty when poolside with 150 sets of eyeballs on me. They easily blend in as normal shorts in casual and smart situations. These dry quick! I can’t wait to wear them on hikes and on more vigorous adventures.
