Ive been buying from Huckberry for about 6 years now. I literally go Christmas shopping for my husband and brothers and search the GIFTS section. Unusual and very cool items.

Huckberry support was super responsive to a minor issue with my order (sent the wrong item, and the one I really wanted was out of stock). I’m very happy with how it was resolved. Been a long time customer and always had prompt and friendly help when I needed it. Will be back for much more!

A tough shoe size to pin down in an Italian loafer. It took 4 different exchanges until we got it right. I felt a bit guilty but they were fantastic and worked with me to get the perfect fit.
That's how they roll. Highly recommended !!!

Dry Wax Trucker Jacket Fatigue Green

5 Star customer service by Huckberry! They accepted my exchange after 90 days when they did not have to. I got busy with work and had no time to fully absorb the purchase. Without the lining, this jacket is a little roomier than expected. Anyway, I was able to exchange my XL for a L. 6' 180 lbs.

Huckberry is the best. I shop here almost exclusively because of their high quality items and amazing support and service. I have no problem paying a little more for something that will last and looks great. I feel comfortable picking some items outside of my normal comfort zone because Huckberry stands behind their items and make it easy to return. The stylist service was very nice too. They ask some questions about style, lifestyle, and future trips then made some great recommendations that really fit my style and what I was looking for.

I ran into a small issue with a product I ordered and customer service was able to remedy the issue immediately. I have bought many items from them and have never run into an issue and the one time I did, it was fixed immediately. I will be a lifetime customer.

I cannot recall one exact thing that made me feel good about commencing to purchase items from you but the overall way you promote your company gives a good feeling. That turned out exactly to be the experience. Efficient delivery, quality products and feeds my wanderlust to get out in nature.

The order kept being delayed due to "small issues". I reached out and immediately received a reply stating I would be refunded and if finally received my order to let them know and I'd be recharged or I could return the item. Quick and efficient customer service!

I’ve never had any issues with the many products I’ve purchased from Huckberry so I was surprised when I did have an issue with a pair of pants that I absolutely love. I sent an email to the Huckberry Support team and within an incredibly short amount of time (a few hours or less) I received a response. The support person was very kind and professional, and apologized for the situation. To my liking, the issue was immediately resolved and I couldn’t be happier. Huckberry and their support team are the absolute best!

Good communication with a shipping issue. The item processed longer than expected but just a day late. Returns are easy as well. The shoes I ordered (patnoflex loafers) are really high quality.

I ordered shoes from Huckleberry recently. After I placed my order, I did some research and realized I probably ordered the wrong size. I started the return process and also reached out to their customer service to ask about timelines because the shoe was very popular and I didn’t want to have it sell out before I got my exchange. The customer service team expedited my exchange and upgraded my shipping without me having to ask. I’m now rocking the correct size and expect to place more orders with them in the future.

I purchased shorts and found they did not fit. The paid return was easy and the customer service responded in a reasonable time frame.

Had a great experience as always. Returned some items with help from the team without problems. I sent two separate returns in one package, this caused a delay in the refund that when brought to their attention was quickly corrected.
