Seems to be a good company with good intentions. The product that I kept was excellent in construction and the suggestions for getting a correct fit were detailed and useful. The return policy is excellent and is appreciated. The return instructions during the initial return may have been complete but a week later, when I was able to initiate the return and I could not remember the details such as: 1. Do I need to package the items? 2. do I need a label or will one be provided by the shipper? 3. If I need a label, where do I get one? All that I had was a QR code that told me nothing about packaging requirements. The website FAQ or return policy sites did not provide any help in this regard. I was able to contact customer service via email and got a very personal response 40 minutes later. Great job there!

The sandals I ordered fit perfectly.

A small matter for shipping my order came up, mainly from the shipper. As I had paid for expedited shipping I requested to bee compensated. They did that and more immediately upon being notified.

Had a package arrive missing one item. The bag had been cut and re taped together. Contacted huckberry support by email on a Sunday. Within a short time frame that same day they had ordered and sent a replacement. Prompt and efficient.
