I had an order that appeared to have been stolen, and they got me a replacement order right away (refunded one shirt that was no longer in stock). The original package showed up a week later (2 weeks after it was supposedly delivered per the tracking), and they let me keep the shirt that was out of stock for free (I asked them if they wanted to recharge me and they said it was on the house).

Huckberry knows their stuff! Stylish clothes, sick gear, style guides, awesome films, and dope emails. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. Highly recommend.

Terrible. Seems like a drop shipping scam to me. Paid for next day shipping. Item wasn't even going to arrive close to next day. Ordered on a Wednesday and was an estimated Monday delivery. Fine. Had them cancel. Next I notice they have only refunded me $152.13 out of the $173.07 I paid. Non-existent customer service. I just tried to reach out to their chat "customer service" and got met with "Please enter your email address below and one of our team members will follow up with you via email". Now I'm without a shirt I needed for a very important occasion and lost $20.94 for a headache and more. If you just want something dropped on your front step without any care or customer service this is the company for you.

Had an issue with an item purchased a few months ago. Huckberry didn’t make it, but they stood behind it and made things right to resolve my issue without a second thought. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the item and was bummed it broke, but seeing how quick and painless it was to get resolution was also great to see/encounter. It really makes me want to shop here more.

I have been a customer of Huckberry since 2012. The reason I keep coming back is their customer service. They stand by their products. It reminds me of the Nordstrom service standard that was set decades ago. They procure and sell great products but occasionally have issues, when they do their customer service takes care of you.

I also recently had to make a return, and the process was seamless; Huckberry's commitment to quality was evident, and their customer service made the experience easy and hassle-free. Great quality gear! Customer service next level. I had a minimal defect in a pair of pants and customer service wasted no time immediately sending a new pair out and telling me to keep or donate the defective pair. Plus a 20 % off coupon on another purchase! This is a company that stands by their product and makes it right if there is a problem!

I took a gamble on a vest from a company I'd never dealt with that was on the higher end of what I'd normally spend on clothes. The quality was great, but my heart sunk when I saw a rip in the fabric. However, Huckberry customer service was swift and awesome - definitely won over a new fan who now is eying a jacket.

The products are great, and shipping and returns are always speedy. The customer service team was quick to resolve my issue with empathy and a reasonable solution (even though they weren’t the cause of the problem). I’m a big fan of this site!

When I received the wrong size jeans, I emailed support, and got a reply almost immediately. I was asked to send a pic of the item to confirm and they shipped the correct immediately, but I was surprised when the package arrived the next day! Truly 5 star customer service.

With regard to my purchase experience (i.e. customer service, ordering, returns, and exchanges) the company does a great job on all fronts. I've bought multiple pieces to try out different colors/sizes and exchanging has always been frictionless. Additionally, I've had pieces go on sale after purchase and the team at Huckberry was able to refund the difference as opposed to performing a return and repurchasing the clothing afterwards to get the discount. Haven't had a bad experience and I've bought around 30 to 40 items over the last 3 years.

The BEST company to buy Men’s clothes from. This place has amazing quality clothes and I love their customer service they are top tier. Especially right now with customer service not being the best at a lot of companies I deal with.

Great source for smart casual menswear. HB sizing helpful for pants. “How to wear it” full of inspiration. A one stop source to put together a capsule wardrobe or just upgrade what you have. Highly recommend. Great customer service also.
