I’ve been a customer since 2019! This company has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. On the gen 1 version of the huckberry rain boots I had an issue and submitted an inquiry. They shipped a brand new pair before I could even start the return process. Sooooo goood! No company does that. That experience has made me a customer for life!!!

I purchased a 10 Year Hoodie back in 2022 and it was the most loved item in my closet (in the unlikely event it ever was on a coat hanger) I wore it to death and Huckberry Customer Service stepped up when they saw it was not repairable and made sure I got a fair resolution to the warranty agreement which was more generous than I would have expected from any company.
I have confidence in them and their products two-fold now.

Customer Service was terrific. My boot arrived a bit too tight for my foot and the Customer service team were great end to end on my Return. I was returning from Australia so the return took a while and Huckberry were patient. I loved my order Astorflex: Bitflex Chelsea Boot, very nice boot. Refund was completed same day as return. $80 our of pocket on return postage, hope they can give me discount next time :)
