A fantastic company that has a fit for everyone. All style and all style's. I’ve ordered a few times thus far and all have been exactly what I e ordered, high quality and convenience of knowing it will arrive fairly quickly.

I’ve been a huckberry customer for quite a while, I love their products and introduce me to new brands. For example satisfy running, but where they really shine is their customer service. Wow

Shopped with Huckberry for a number of years now and they've slowly but surely taken my business away from just about every other clothing retailer. I could go on and say their brand specific clothes are great quality and fit but it goes well beyond their website and purchase experience. I've had two issues where a product completely failed to meet my expectations, both times I just sent an email and poof! Problem resolved beyond my expectations. Huckberry predominantly goes above and beyond. Use their chat function or give them a call about anything they sell and they will help you find what you need as far as fit or style. Great company, awesome clothes and fantastic customer service!

I’ve ordered from Huckberry several times and have always had a great experience. I did run into a couple of shipping issues, but both were caused by the carrier—not Huckberry.
What really stood out was their customer service. Every response was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful, and they resolved each issue quickly and without any hassle.

I have never had anything but great experiences with Huckberry. The customer service they deliver is always personal and helpful. I really appreciate that I can talk with anyone from their team just like I would if I was in one of their stores. The model they deliver on is like walking into a local owned menswear shop in any small town in America. Just kind, regular, and helpful people.

Huckberry has a user friendly website that has an incredible amount of great inventory. I find myself browsing their new items almost daily. Great customer service and reasonably quick shipping!

I'm giving this rating because the clothes Huckberry sells are high quality, a little expensive, but the fabrics are excellent, the shipping service is efficient, and because they have a very varied selection that suits my style and age.

Awesome retailer that takes care of customers and has great products. They have amazing social media presence with their YouTube channel and specifically the awesome program Dirt.

Love this retailer and will keep seeing them out when I need clothing or shoes.

Update: Tori reached out from Huckberry and it turned out there had been a system verification issue with my email, so whenever they replied to me it was bouncing back, luckily she was able to get that all resolved and we are all good now. Technical errors do happen in this day and age, so it is completely understandable and I am grateful Huckberry promptly reached out Monday morning to set things right. Lesson if you are not hearing back from Huckberry I would just call them as you may be experiencing the same issue.

I have always had the most epic experiences with Huckberry customer service, they genuinely went above and beyond. I don’t know what changed recently, I can’t get a single reply from their customer service these days and it’s just really confusing to me. I had an issue a few months ago and same thing, zero follow through. As to in the past my experience was completely different, i don’t know what gives. The recent issue I was letting them know that their return drop down was glitching out and choosing the next size down, hence I got a belt replacement that was the exact same size as the too small of one I was replacing. I didn’t even want anything from them other than some acknowledgement of the issue. Maybe here I can get their attention and hopefully they can let me know what is up with their lack of reply. I love Huckberry, excellent quality products and previously the best customer service…what gives Huckberry?

Items are always quality and I like their aesthetic. Delivery has always been timely and accurate.

This was my first time ordering from this website. I found the ease of ordering, the variety of products and fast delivery awesome! The waffle towels ordered were high quality and so soft! I love them!

I had an issue with an order that got lost in the mail. No questions asked, no excuses, no delays, they sent another right away. Only slightly delayed from my original order. Great customer service.
