I had a quality issue with one of the clothing items I ordered and the customer service rep was quick to reply and very accommodating to the issue. It was quick and simply resolved and very much appreciated.

I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered. I had a problem one time with a pair of shoes, sent a pic of the issue, 10min later I had a customer service response with a refund and a 20% off code for next time. When they say they care, they mean it.

Aside from the great gear they sell, when I had a problem with delivery of an order (I live abroad) they took care of it promptly and without any fuss - total class act and makes me confident to order from them anytime!

The quality and fit of their clothes is unmatched. I tried to match it many times with cheaper products from other brands. Not worth it. Just pay for quality and you’ll have it for life.

Had a recent mixup, and was sent the wrong thing. Charles in Support contacted me outside of normal business hours, apologized, and asked for some information. Shortly after giving it to him my original order was next day aired to me. He also had me keep/donate the incorrect item and gave me a code for 20% off my next order. Great service!
