I have worked with Hudgell Solicitors for around seven years in relation to my Criminal Injuries Compensation claim, and throughout that entire time my case has been handled by Steve Whiteside.

From the very beginning, Steve has been consistently kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He has always been the person on the end of the phone who knows exactly who I am when I call, understands my claim, and remembers my story without me having to re-explain things. That level of continuity and personal care has meant a great deal over such a long and often difficult process.

Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. Even when I have needed guidance or support outside of the strict remit of the claim itself, Steve has always taken the time to listen and help wherever he could. His persistence, professionalism, and attention to detail have been outstanding, and it is clear that he takes genuine pride in doing the very best for his clients.

The outcome of this claim will change my life, and I truly believe that without Steve’s friendly, thoughtful support and determination, I would never have been able to see it through to completion.

As long as you are not over 70, don't smoke and don't sign a consent form, to carry out an operation, you will be ok. otherwise, as in the case of my partner, they will string you along for 9 months and then just drop you. No face to face, no independent consult. Everything is based on medical notes, that don't give an unbiased opinion.

My introduction to Hudgell's Solicitors was through Nazish Nawaz, who was patient and clear in her explanation of my options.

Terrible - contacted in an emergency situation, assured empathy and contact, sent info got no replies, called today and the person I spoke with was not in the office, the person I chatted to said he would escalate and they rejected my case - I asked why and the feedback did not match the info I sent which was accepted in full this was moving a case to them not a new case. Hudgells approach was shoddy, unfounded, uninformed and they could not be bothered to check the case notes and got it totally wrong.

I had a Capture Redress claim and i received the most professional advice and assistance from Ellie, Vicky and Neil Hudgell.
