I have been messaging Hudson Vale to cancel my order. The shoe has not arrived and when I queried it There was a strange personal email address that came up on the info@huddonvsle address email and I questioned it. Since then Hudson Vale have ghosted me and I have not received the sandal. I asked to cancel my order and refund my money but no one is responding. I was m disputing this charge. Extremely disappointed as the first email i asked for advice on the sandal they responded immediately. Assuring me there’s a 30 day refund policy. Will never order from them again.
To date still no reply in spite of my numerous emails.
