Poor quality

Poor quality. Looks like it’s sleek and stylish from the website but it’s just temu rubbish. When I tried to return it I was offered partial refund or to ship it back to china. I wouldn’t recommend

This company seems to be a scam

This company seems to be a scam. My order HG#112538, was made on March 1st. It came from China and arrived to US after customs on March 9th. Since then the package has been stuck with Yanwen Delivery in this status: Franklin Park IL US] Parcel departed from Facility. I wrote almost everyday with Huggwaii customer service, but only excuses and delays. I am asking for a refund, this will confirm me if the company is a scam or not.

First and foremost, we are a legitimate company, and we take all customer concerns very seriously. We want to address your specific situation clearly:

Your order was shipped on time. Order HG#112538 was placed on March 1st and shipped promptly. When a package stops updating after being handed over to a local carrier, we must follow the carrier’s procedure to locate it. Our customer service team provided updates based on the information we received from the logistics provider.

We understand that waiting is frustrating, but we were not making excuses—we were waiting for the carrier’s investigation results, just as we explained. We are actively following up with the carrier.

We have already requested the carrier to investigate the current whereabouts of this package. If the carrier is able to locate it, the parcel will continue its normal transit to your address.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will resolve it immediately.
Once the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will provide you with a full refund or a free replacement – whichever you prefer.

I haven't received a confirmation Mail …but fixed

I haven't received a confirmation Mail for shipping ,10 days now.
Any update about my order Order HG#112935 never came.
Attempted to contact them through their official support email and my message was bounced back.

Update : they showed up and send the first part of the order. Because some of them were out of stock.
Possibly it's not a scam .
I LL update again when I LL receive the items

Final update : I received both parts of the order and they're very cute. The delivery time was fast enough after the shipping.
I recommend it, just be patient and don't hesitate to insist if there are delays

Great Customer Service

I purchased the frog and intended to send it to my niece, but found out she hated frogs and was scared of them! So I reached out to the Huggwaii team to try and cancel my order. They were so great about trying to get the order canceled and it was in transit! But they made it happen and they followed through and even informed me when to let me know when I could expect my refund. Now that’s Customer Service! Great team and great follow up all the way to refund. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer service gave up

Ordered a sleeping capybara breathing companion with sound LED night light. After about about 3 weeks of use, the device stopped working unless it's plugged in to a power source. Wrote to them with a video showing the problem and they replied promptly arranging to sent me a replacement unit. That arrived 2 weeks later but didn't work from day 1 (zero response other than showing a charging light when plugged-in). I wrote to them on this and they asked me to press some buttons which didn't work at all. Replied that I tried what they suggested but it didn't work. There was no reply. Sent them 4 emails over a course of 6-7 weeks but I've received zero response, just like the unit they sent as a replacement. Date of experience was from my last email.

Item not delivered, and constant excuses about why they cannot refund.

We ordered an item as a Christmas present. Once tracking information showed it became evident that once it reached the UK it would be delivered by EVRI who are the only delivery company who do not deliver to our home address. We contacted Huggwaii and asked for the parcel to be redirected to a work address, which they said they could not do. As expected, EVRI did not deliver and initiated a "return to sender". Tracking showed that it was returned to Client 7 days later. We requested a refund, and got a reply saying that they would process this. However another reply the following day saying that as we were an "international" customer, they could not offer a refund. Only a re-delivery. We explained that we no longer needed the item as we had needed to buy an alternative Christmas gift as this one hadn't been delivered, however they then said that they could not process a refund because the item had not been returned to them by the delivery company. I sent them screenshots of the tracking page from their own website, showing that the item had been returned to them, and they responded again, to say that they could not process a refund, as the EVRI tracking showed that we had refused to accept the delivery (the option that the EVRI driver uses, as there is no option to select "Cannot get to the address due to 10 month road closure). A month on, tracking shows that it has been returned to them, and every time I contact them to say that we would like a refund, we no longer need an item, I continue to get excuses about why they cannot refund us. Very poor customer service, and I highly recommend any potential customers avoid them.

To clarify the situation and keep you fully informed:

Address Changes After Shipment: Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address. This is a limitation of the logistics system, and we do state this in our Shipping Policy to help set expectations. We can only change addresses before an order is shipped.

Return Process & Refund Eligibility: When a delivery attempt fails, the parcel is typically held at the carrier’s local depot or return center—not immediately sent back to our warehouse. That is the reason why we are unable to process a refund.

Current Status & Follow-Up: We have been actively tracking this parcel with carrier. According to their latest update, the item has not yet been checked into their returns processing center. Once it is received and processed by their returns team, it will be arrange to redeliver to you.

Next Steps Once Returned: As soon as the parcel is physically returned to our warehouse and scanned into our system, we will immediately contact you to arrange either a redelivery to an address of your choice.

We understand that this has been a lengthy and unsatisfactory experience, and we apologize for any communication that may have seemed unclear or unhelpful. We are committed to resolving this for you as fairly and quickly as possible.

SCAM - Return costs more than the item!

Order #HG108141. I received a terrible product, completely different from the website description. I asked for a refund and they are forcing me to ship it back to CHINA at my own expense (which costs more than the item itself!). This is a trap to avoid refunding customers. They hide the Chinese address until you ask for a return. I want my money back immediately!

Levererades på några veckor till postombud i Sverige. Ser ut som på bilden, tänds när man trycker på den, ingraveringen ser bra ut och det står CE-märkning på den. Mycket nöjd!

Axolottl, duck with flower, highland cow

Bought 3 of these as Christmas presents for a 7, 8, and 36 or old. I got the axoloty, duck with flower on head and the highland cow. They all loved them. The younger two gufts I had them customized with their names and when they saw that they got the biggest smile. Great product.

Can't reach Customer Support

I can't reach anyone to check on my order. The email address support at huggwaii.com bounces back. My package is supposed to arrive for Christmas but has been sitting in a "sorting facility" in my city for a week now (according to the tracking from the Chinese carrier). It looks cute but I have no idea if I've lost my money here!

The cutest lights out there!

I ordered a unicorn and a dragon light, and they are the cutest lights ever! You just slap them and they change colors — hahaha! My sister and I really love them.
I placed my order on the 3rd of November, and it arrived on the 28th. At first, I thought it was a scam page, since 11 days had passed and I still hadn’t received any tracking information. Then they sent an email asking for a review, and I told them I hadn’t received anything yet. They responded immediately and arranged a shipment from the factory straight to my home, since they didn’t have the products in stock and that's what was taking them so long. It took a while, but it arrived!
