I sadly had to reasently contact Hugh James solicitors after my Father passed away. I had the great fortune, luck and pleasure to speak with Ellie Jenkins.
It is the first time I've been in this situation, but Ellie was really great at putting me at easy and explaining everything e.g process and in a very easy to understand. If I had to ask something again it was explained with the same carm measuring tone. When ever I called to ask a question she had the same tone and great advice and understanding.
