Hulken is a very professional business that honors their customers orders. Very thankful to have one rep help me with my order that went missing yet they were able to help me out and deliver the package straight to my hands.

When I first saw the HULKEN bag, I was extremely skeptical because the price seemed a bit high for what I thought was just a bag... However, My wife saw it on a television show and liked it so I surprised her for 2024 Christmas with it. I was immediately amazed at the size and material which seemed to be extremely sturdy. We first took it out to go shopping and since I don't let my wife carry any bags, I was actually the first one to wheel it along. My wife has never touched that bag ever since!!! I was so amazed by how easily it carries bulky loads and the ease of how it rolls over any surface. The material of the bag is nearly indestructible when used properly. I love the fact that the wheel plate can be replaced if damaged or worn without having to replace the bag. It is a great design. There are many knock-offs now, however, none come close to the original HULKEN brand. My wife and I are lifetime customers!

I pre-ordered a large size roller bag and then the gift recipient thought more about it and said it would be easier for her to manage the medium size. I reached out to Hulken with a voicemail and email to inquire about making the change. Customer service responded VERY promptly and let me know the original order was canceled and I would be refunded. I was then able to order the preferred size bag.

I've owned several Hulkens over the past couple of years. The products are durable and of great quality, I have 2 rolling totes and a backpack and I can't wait to expand my collection! Their customer service is friendly and informative. I've also seen them donating to good cause. I love everything about the company

They don’t give you a full refund, when things don’t go to plan. On a large order I only got just over 1/2 back. I’d would have kept the bags rather than loose all that money. Despicable people

I ordered a Hulken bag on the 6th October from the EU part of this company and despite their website saying:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Shipping time international: 5-8 business days.
It's now the 17th October and it still hasn't shipped. My last contact with them received a fobbed off reply saying
"I'm happy to let you know that your order is in the warehouse and is already being processed and fulfilled. It should ship soon. We're doing everything we can to get it to you ASAP."
Well I'm glad one of us is happy as it certainly isn't me. I've requested a cancellation /refund as it's now too late for the trip I needed the bag for - time will tell if they honour this or keep fobbing me off with meaningless and pointless emails. It feels like this is a SCAM company to me. Order #8350 for reference.

Your order #8350 is currently in the fulfillment stage, and we are unfortunately unable to process a cancellation at this time. Once you receive the package, you can return it to us with a shipping label that we provide through our return portal here.

The above is just more delaying tactics from this company with STILL NO INDICATION OF AN ACTUAL SHIPPING DATE OR TRACKING NUMBER.
