Horrible Service. I wish I read the reviews before dealing with them. like the others I was quoted a price and on day of pickup it increased from $250 total to $425. they kept promising me things and lying about it. I told them the vehicle was inoperable at the beginning and they claimed to know nothing about it. I spent 3 hours on the phone arguing trying to just get a refund. only to be told by a supervisor I'm not getting my money back, i should have known this was going to happen, and that they were going to get my car anyway and unless I paid them I wasn't getting it back. I had to call the pickup location and make sure they didn't release my vehicle to anyone so it couldn't be stolen.
I hope anyone else reads these reviews before paying the initial fee. this company should be shut down permanently.

Total scammers. They quoted my 18 year old son a price to move his car from phoenix back to northern minnesota and never arranged a driver, took a $250 deposit that they first said they would keep half of, then said they'd refund immediately and its been over a week and nothing. no communication, no integrity. my son had to stay down in phoenix two extra days and then I had to help him drive his car back across five states because these people are grossly incompetent. they promised to have a driver, then they made excuses, were rude to use when we called and now are keeping his deposit 100%, when we have text messages from them saying they will refund it. Liars, scammers, I am going to file on their bond and you should avoid this company at all costs...don't waste your time, seriously, they will scam you.

Gave is a quote for 800 then took 250 for a deposit and proceeded to miss the time for pickup. On top of that they then call me saying that I would have to pay 1500 upon delivery because apparently thats how much they would do it for and that was the cheapest they could get it. They are now holding the deposit we made and are saying there is a cancellation fee. I would understand if this information was upfront but the jump the price from 800 - 1750 in a day right before pickup and expected us to have the money to pay that.

This company is a fraud , bate and switch. run as fast as you can from these BS artistes.

Please!!! DO NOT USE this company! Our son was trying to transport his car home from college from Phoenix to Minneapolis! This place took $250 deposit, told us pick up would be today Spet 9th between 2-4 , then there was no driver! We had to call over and over to find out what status was! They repeatedly lie when you call and say they call back in 5 mins or in an hour only to have multiple hours go by with no word! Forcing us after 2 wasted days to cancel!! Then we ask for full refund-well cancelation policy is only 50% back! If u cancel! This place only takes your money and does NOT follow through! STAY AWAY!!!!

My experience with Bluway Auto Transport was deceptive, predatory and completely unacceptable.

Bluway quoted me $300 to transport my car from Maryland to Georgia and collected a $150 deposit. Their representative confirmed that my vehicle would be picked up, but no driver showed up and no carrier was ever assigned under the $300 arrangement.

After failing to provide the service, they suddenly wanted $550; an increase of more than 80%. I refused.

Here is the part every potential customer should understand: once I refused the dramatically higher price, Bluway told me my $150 deposit was non-refundable, even though they had never assigned a carrier under the price I agreed to and had never picked up my vehicle.

In my experience, this created an outrageous no win trap: pay the deposit based on the attractive initial quote, then either agree to a substantially higher price later or lose your deposit.

Their own contract specifically said that I was not obligated to accept a revised transportation price, yet when I exercised that right, they still refused to return my money.

I repeatedly requested my refund. Bluway would not refund me. I ultimately had to dispute the transaction through my credit card company to recover my $150.

Afterward, I searched their reviews and was disturbed to discover other consumers describing strikingly similar experiences involving deposits, increased prices and refund disputes.

Based on my experience, I consider Bluway's business practices misleading, coercive, predatory and deeply untrustworthy. What happened to me had every appearance of a bait-and-switch operation: get the customer's deposit with an attractive quote, fail to perform at that price, demand substantially more money, and then use the deposit as leverage when the customer refuses.

Avoid Bluway Auto Transport. Do not give them your credit card information or a deposit unless you are prepared to dispute the charge with your bank.

I would never use this company again, and I would strongly warn family, friends and other consumers to stay away.

This company is a scam! Do not trust them, they get your deposit and you’ll never get your money back even after they can’t book a driver, I’ve been going back and forth with this Myra person ghettos new lie every time I call about your refund is being processed I’m 4-10 days, hell it’s been a month and nothing, they are straight up theirs and need to have a class action lawsuit against them!

Awful. Told me one price ($600). Had me pay $250 upfront with a payment of $350 at delivery. Was supposed to be picked up on 8/27. On the day of stated that it could no longer be picked up on 8/27 and the amount would be $1000. SCAM! Refusing to refund the downpayment-had to dispute it with my credit card.

Editing to add: I have proof of everything as it was through text. Their exact wording was “ Kimberly, Actually we have already been assigned the carrier for your car shipment, Once carrier been designated we are unable to cancel the order and its not refundable.”

And yes, multiple companies were posting it TODAY because I reached out to other companies after this one scammed me. They only refunded my money AFTER I reported it to my bank. My review still stands. STAY AWAY.

Credit card dispute filed at 2:45pm. Review posted at 4:58pm. Money refunded at 5:25pm. Coincidence? I think not.

Don’t tread with them and don’t try to pay money first you’ll not got you if you do that unless you pay more and more money

My son booked thru Bluwaytramsport to have a 2008 Chevy Avalanche shipped from Zeeland michigan to Ironwood michigan, 350 total with 150 deposit upfront with a promise of picking it up in 2 days, 4 days max, never did, I called 3 days later only to be promised it would be picked up by Monday at the latest, never happened, called back on Monday to ask for the deposit refund only to have them tell me they secured a driver to pick it up next day ! But wanted more money (BAIT n SWITCH) now refusing to refund..... I have a lawyer in California that will be handling this if they refuse to refund, I'd rather lose more money on a lawyer than to be taken advantage of by BLUWAYTRANSPORT....

Blueway auto transport gave us a quote to transport our vehicle from the east coast to the west. They called the day the vehicle was supposed to be picked up and promised it would be picked up the following day. The next day they called and said the cost would be twice as much as they initially quoted us. We booked this well in advance and they waited until the day after the pickup was supposed to happen to double the price.

Wish I would’ve seen the other reviews first! DONT TRUST THEM!! Whoever Veronica is, very unprofessional no help! I have case that’s been open for over a week and 2 vehicles that was quoted for pickup. Still waiting so I decided to find someone to help me drive one vehicle and pick up the other to drive back. I keep getting calls from all these companies after my car was posted online by someone with this company and they’re refusing to refund me, take my car off the website so I can stop receiving all these calls and messages. Then accused me trying to go with another company to pick up my car which is why I’m trying to cancel which isn’t true. I’m 3 hours away from getting my own car and would like the car taken down and my case closed out as complete. Refusing to give back my deposit for BOTH cars. DONT TRUST THEM!! Has to be a scam!! Will be going to the courts!
