Service was fast and efficient right…
Service was fast and efficient right from my initial enquiry about having a new lock fitted. From Darren assessing which lock my door required to Andy and Darren fitting it I found all staff to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The office staff are also very friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Humberside Glazing.

We are sorry to hear you felt that our pricing was expensive to attend site and install a new replacement Double Glazed Unit to your Lounge. All our customers are provided with a free no obligation site visit and follow up quotation prior to proceeding with the works and the cost for supply and fitting is outlined within this quotation.
Unfortunately, over the past three years we have seen relentless increases in glass production prices. The demand for available glass in the UK continues to outstrip supply and the input costs to produce glass continue to escalate. Of particular significance to our industry is the costs of the natural gases used to heat the furnaces and fuel transportation costs combined with sodium carbonate increases. Whilst as a business we have done all we can to absorb a significant proportion of these costs within our own margins unfortunately we are unable to sustain the pricing we were able to offer our customers three years ago and as such the price of a Double-Glazed Unit supplied and fitted has increased.
I hope this helps clarifies our increased pricing but if you require any further information on our market conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us. With kind regards. The HG Team.

Good Morning. Many thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback, all feedback is appreciated and your comments regarding untidiness inside the window of your property has been passed onto our glazier. Unfortunately due to the nature of glazing work and multiple jobs scheduled within a day the arrival time is a guide time and whilst we always endeavour to arrive within the approximate time given, travel between properties, completion of prior works etc all have a bearing on the days schedule. We sincerely apologise any inconvenience this may have caused however please be reassured that had no one been present at the property our glazier would have paid a return visit. With kind regards. The HG Team.
