Hungry Howie's Pizza Avis 18

My order was for pickup, 15 min. I got there, no order ready. No one knew what happened to it. Maybe was delivered, no idea. They asked 5 times what i ordered. Large deepdish meat lovers, large antipasto salad, ranch. They found the salad. Made a new pizza. 45 min later. No flavor on crust, one pkg French dressing. Very sad. Not one apology.

Definitely need NEW staff at this location, not the first time I went there and thought wtf. Tried to order online from the parking lot at 9:20 it didn't go through, so I walked in and was greeted with a face of disgust. He said what's the name of the order, I said it didn't go through online I just want 1 Large Pepperoni. He said I'm out of large right now and I said no problem, medium or small whatever you have. His reply was I'm trying to close up early and I don't think I have any dough left for tonight. What BS, you're supposed to be open until 10pm and you're just being lazy dude!!!

I ordered from the location in Mount clemens bread was dry cold and too much cheese I wasted my money and it took over an hour too come I would never order again from this business

Family just moved back to Michigan, haven't had Hungry Howie's in over 2 decades. Stopped at a hotel in Clare tonight, ordered some pizza and cheese bread, better than any pizza I've ever had. My mom n dad said it was just as good as they remembered. Fresh, hot, loaded with toppings, their salad was really good too. Will order again!

They always get our orders right, out fast, and hot with deliciousness!
We would be lost without them close by lol 3 cheese bread, meat lovers add jalapeños & mushrooms, heck even their anti pasta salad is delicious. Good stuff!

Hungry Howie’s off of 27S in Sebring Florida. We moved to Florida about three years ago. We order pizza and their hoggy sandwiches. We have never been disappointed with anything we have ordered. They also do a killer salad that we really enjoy. Always do pickup and our orders are ready on time and what we ordered. They are our go to
place for a quick and very good meal. Oh, they also have a cinnamon desert bread and thick creamy topping.

I made an order on line with the hungry howies app. I have a flyer that was mailed to me. The flyer says that any online order over 15.00 would qualify for free Howie bread. I was not able to enter the free Howie bread in the app, so I called the store and was told they would adjust the bill at the store. They did not adjust my bill for free Howie bread.

Sausage pizza had literally 10 ps of sausage
I spent 50$ for one small pizza
One large pepperoni and 8 wings
It tasted like cardboard not good

When we first moved to Phoenix, we ordered from Hungry Howies multiple time. Not great pizza but cheap and decent. Then about 4 years ago the price started to climb and the quality dropped. We received pizzas that were raw dough in the middle. We decided to give them another shot...its been years, right and you would think they may have improved. WRONG!!
With friends over to celebrate new years day, my son ordered over $60 in Pizza etc. When it was delivered, it was incomplete. They refused to deliver the rest of the order so my son went to pick it up. Admittedly, we should have checked the quality of the rest of the pizzas before he made the trip but we didn't. When he got home, we realized we had pizzas that has been baked to a char. Nothing was edible.
Even the Howies bread that had been missing and that they remade was over baked just shy of being charred.
The store was non-responsive and blamed doordash...I was not aware that doordash had ovens in their delivery cars!
If you want to waste your money on inedible food, this is the place for you...if you want to get food you can actually eat, stay away from Hungry Howies on east Thomas in Phoenix AZ!

If I could give this zero stars I would. The on Maricamp road in Ocala, Fl said they deliver in a five mile radius. I live 4.4 miles from them
They refuse to deliver to my address and they were very rude about it. Hungry Howie’s will no longer get my money. At least not in this area.

I received a customer service credit and tried to use it. But the delivery and gas fee is outrageous. Almost $7!! Since when does the company tell the customer they are paying for the driver's gas?
Plus they have set a minimum of $7.99 to deliver. When you are gouging $7 from the customer to pay for the driver's gas you shouldn't have a minimum.
I worked in pizzas for over 40 years.
Companies are trying to get as much as they can from the customer. Maybe they are trying to encourage pickup to save the cost of having to pay for a driver. But charging $7 per delivery they are almost having the customer pay for the driver.

Good morning to everyone that work for the Hungry Howies Customer Center. I do hope that all of yous are doing ok smile. Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very Good day at work ok smile. In ending I want to tell all of yous that one of your very very wonderful Staff members name Mr Mikel that's a very wonderful Delivery Driver was so very Professional Helpful and very very Caring when he delivered some Pizzas to my very very very Good friends house ok smile. Last of all we say that he's has very Excellent Communication Skills and yes yes he knows and loves his job so very much ok smile. Finally before ending this Review all of us say that Mr Mikel is always a very very very very very very Positive Representative for the very wonderful Hungry Howies Pizza Company that he works for day in and day out ok smile. Now last of all from all of us to all of yous please have a very very wonderful Tuesday day, night enjoy and yes may God always Bless and Watch over all of yous forever and forever ok take care God Bless smile.

I want to be clear, I am talking about the Hungry Howies off Jefferson in 48045.

EVERYTIME, I order from here, my order is made fresh, correct, delicious, and just how I want it.

Their cs is above and beyond. For xmas last year, I got a picture with Santa's brother, "Howie" Clause. So cool. And everyone is always nice and friendly- much unlike the groesbeck store (AVOID THE GROESBECK STORE AT ALL COST - THEY ARE HORRIBLE.)

However, the Jefferson location gets it right everytime. They are so fast with deliveries. They are safe - wearing masks.

I order from them so much and everytime is delicious. Thanks guys!!!
