Really like the concept and the salads…

Really like the concept and the salads are tasty. But shipping can be slow and the salads do not stay fresh that long. I have had several salads that have turned brown within 3 days of receiving. Customer service has been good and no problem getting credit for bad salads but they need to figure out a speedier way to deliver.

SPECTACULAR SALADS & SPECTACULAR PEOPLE

Never has a company not only exceeded my expectations but set a new bar for customer service! The salads are fresh and excellent, the protein snack cups are delicious and always innovative with "real food word" ingredients. Customer service is like having a family friend in the company! Not just one experience but I've got almost a year in and NEVER have I had an issue (whether it be MY FAULT, THEIRS, WEATHER, or SHIPPING PARTNER) that they didn't make right PLUS!

I can’t remember when I DIDN’T have a Gardencup subscription. It's become completely integrated into my daily experience. I’m eating more vegetables than I
ever have, I’ve lost 18 pounds, and I never have to think about what to have for lunch.

Well ill tell you one thing is for sure. Everyone on staff has been super and beyond NICE! Its been pleasure talking with everyone. I do absolutely LOVE the salad. Damn good idea. But unfortunately for being on a fixed income i just can't afford it anymore. But when I did and was able to put in a order! 😋 loved em for sure. And I dont mean to repeat myself, but if only I could of ordered 3 or 4. 🙆‍♀️🥺 you have already explained its not in the menu to do so. I like to believe im not the only one. Im 73. Im sure you get a much younger crowd. 🙆‍♀️😂

Gardencup is an awesome food delivery choice for healthy eating. I have been a customer since last year and their flexible delivery program is an awesome option for those folks who eat at their desk, and can't leave office or for those who want a healthy, light dinner option at home (I add grilled chicken to my dinner salads for protein).

Now, customer service reps are fabulous! Every single email, question or concern is answered immediately! They accommodate your every scenario and questions about their products, delivery, and their own discount coupons. I cannot say enough about this company and their awesome products.

Gardencup salads taste great, and are super convenient. I take mine for lunch each day. Their customer service is top notch! I’ve only had to reach out to them twice, and both times it was due to delivery issues.

I finally gave this company a shot

I finally gave this company a shot and very happy I did. product arrived fresh and stayed fresh and I was able to eat all of my cups. the soup Italian sausage and the steak kabob where my favorite I also like the green apple. Personally, I am not gonna order this every week. I enjoy eating salad, but not every day not every week. I will continue to give this company a try. Great idea, lots of room for improvement

You must choose at least six items per week and you have to order a week in advance, other meal delivery services allow orders within three days of delivery. Gardencup serving sizes are generous, more than I could eat for one meal. That said, ratio of dressing to salad was much to small, I had to use my own salad dressing to have enough. Croutons are small and have no flavor, again I used my own. The chia cups and fresh fruit cups were good. Overall not enough variety of any of the items to fulfill a weekly order, I don't necessarily want to eat the same salads every week. Due to their shipping schedule, salads are already 3-4 days old before you get them, so they're not really fresh. You literally have to eat one every day because they start to spoil a day or two after receiving them.

When i ordered my Gardencup

When i ordered my Gardencup, i was excited to try new types of salads with an on the go convenience. What i found was out of the 6 salads that i chose, the burger salad tasted like a cold ground up big mac and the dill relish was gross. The Mediterranean salad that i ordered was mostly oil in the dressing. When contacted them, they didn’t care about anything but making sure they got their money immediately.

This is my second time ordering from…

This is my second time ordering from them. The first time my salads were wilted. 100 bucks for wilted bad lettuce was not good I reached out to customer service no response. I thought I’d try one more time and boy was I wrong. Second delivery same lettuce wilted already. Quality horrible. Will never order again.

Pricey but Yummy

Excellent quality of the steak used in the salads. Never any fat or gristle. Would prefer additional colorful vegetables added instead of the cherry tomatoes, but the salads are always tasty and stay fresh all week. The dressings with avocado oil are always clean tasting and yummy.
