Its a good solution, but having no access to gym on Saturdays or Sundays is not making it so attractive. will need to rethink if I stay with subscription.

clean and equipped

Clean and equipped shower, changing room, free towel and water provided. Smooth check in. Very busy at the facilities at the time but we had a great experience using all the facilities.

Hussle is great

Hussle is great, easy to use. The gym I attend struggle sometime as they have to go to different screens to get a day pass as it only recognises each time I go rather than giving a month. So basically have to go to reception to be booked in each time, so this could be better, but still good value for money and can go to different gyms.

No gyms within walking distance

No gyms on the app which are within walking distance from my home (even though there are at least 2 ) they need more gym availability

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that the gym options currently showing in your area did not meet your expectations.

I understand how disappointing that can be, especially when there are venues nearby that you would like to see on the platform. Expanding our network is something our sales team works on every month, and we are constantly trying to add more venues across different areas.

If there is a specific gym you would like us to look into, you are very welcome to send the details to our support team at info@hussle.com. They can then pass that suggestion on to our sales team, who can reach out to the venues directly. While we cannot guarantee that a gym will join the platform, or how quickly that might happen, customer suggestions do help us understand which venues people want most.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps guide where we focus our efforts to keep improving the range of venues available.

Use this app probably 30 times on…

Use this app probably 30 times on months and months of occasions as I live out the country. So the number one thing I like is as soon as I want to stop it they immediately stop the payment at end of month this is what makes me keep useing them. No trying to make problems they are very honest and I love that. And will keep useing them as I am now in country for 2 months on hassle now it’s all good 👍

Decent option for gym while travelling

Not used them for a while since before they changed their name from PayAsYouGym. Pretty good value and plenty of places to choose from. Place we used had a good pool and fitness equipment.

New starters

Had issues with setting up my account but comms from Hussle were quick and helpful. App is pretty minimalistic so would be nice to have some more functionality in the future. Otherwise, happy with the access to the gyms…pass is accepted with no issues.

I've signed up for 3 months but I can't…

I've signed up for 3 months but I can't book anything in advance like a normal membership.
So classes are off the cards unless available on the day

Hello,

Thank you for your review, and I am sorry for the disappointment.

We understand that not being able to book in advance can be frustrating, especially if classes are important to you. Many of our fitness partners do include classes as part of their Hussle passes, but the booking process can vary by venue.

This information is shown on each venue profile, including whether classes can be pre booked or are only available on the day. We are also working on making the booking process clearer and easier to follow, so customers know what to expect before visiting.

Our Monthly+ pass is not the same as a regular gym membership, and customers don't sign up with a specific club. This is pass that will give customers access to their chosen venue, and any other venue on our website that offers the Monthly+ pass at the same price or lower. For example, if the customer choose a venue that costs £50 per month, they will have access to that venue as well as other venues on Hussle that cost up to £50.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, as it helps highlight where we need to improve the experience.

Can't log in to retrieve pass as it…

Can't log in to retrieve pass as it says my email isn't registered, can't set up a new account as my email is registered to an existing account. Endless loop and now passes have expired as I couldn't access them.

Thank you for your review, and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I appreciate how disappointing it must have been to have trouble accessing your account. I can see that once you contacted our support team, they were able to help you regain access and you successfully logged in shortly afterwards.

In relation to the two expired passes, these were purchased in December 2025 and expired on 10 January 2026, in line with the 30 day validity period stated in the order confirmation email. That same confirmation email also included the passcodes, so they were still available to use even without logging into the account.

I have also checked our records and was unable to find any earlier contact from you about this issue before the passes expired. Your first email to us was received after the expiry date had already passed.

We do try to make password resets as straightforward as possible when the email address linked to the account is used. I recognise how upsetting it can be when an issue occurs, so I will share your feedback with our tech team. They can review how we support customers in situations where they cannot reset their password or are unsure which email address is associated with their account. We want that process to be as clear and easy as possible when these issues happen.
