No Customer Support
I was given a gift card from this company, but the promo code was rejected at checkout.
I contacted customer support and received an automated reply stating that responses may take up to three business days. I followed up again two days later requesting an update.
Three days later, at the end of the business day, I still had not received any response. As a result, I had to complete my purchase without being able to use the gift card. A gift card that cannot be used, combined with no follow-up whatsoever from customer support, falls well below acceptable standards.
Customer Service is non-existent
The customer service at this company is non existent. I have had my last three emails completely ignored. It is the correct email address as we did have an email chain with dialogue and now they have decided to not respond. Very poor.
Huuray have sent me four vouchers of smaller amounts instead of one voucher for my full amount. This makes the voucher system almost useless as the majority of online retailers only allow you to submit one voucher per order. I have requested for my voucher to be reissued as one but they haven't responded to my last three emails chasing for an update.
Useless company, do not recommend.

vouchers purchased
out of three vouchers purchased, one turned out to be defective. My problem was not resolved within three business days. I received some kind of response from a manager who compensated me with an amount in their wallet with which to purchase other vouchers. Unfortunately, when I tried, it turned out that I could now choose from companies that are not located in the country where I live. All the companies from my country was gone for a night,

Buggy website, iffy customer service, but Huuray finally responded to this review and fixed the problem I complained about
Update: Huuray responded to this review. They reactivated the gift card voucher, and we were actually able to turn it into gift cards this time. Their website worked fine. I've changed my rating accordingly. I appreciated their help, but still think we should have been able to receive this kind of customer service when we first contacted them for help, not only after posting a negative review online.
My wife received a huuray.com gift card voucher for Christmas from her superior at work. I tried to turn it into gift cards, but was not successful. I kept running into pages on huuray.com that would try to load forever and would eventually just time out and give me an error. Yes, I did try on different browsers and different computers. I contacted their customer service. It took them quite a few days to get back to me and when they did, they only assured me that their website was working fine for them and that they were always looking [sic] to improve. That seemed to be the end of the conversation as far as they were concerned. They never actually tried to address our problem. We were never able to turn my wife's gift card voucher into actual gift cards, and the voucher eventually expired unused. My wife has asked her boss not to use Huuray again to give out Christmas gifts.

Frederik was incredibly helpful and understanding. He fixed my coupon issue quickly and with genuine care. Excellent customer service that truly made a difference!
I accidentally received Attica coupons instead of the Adidas coupons I intended to select. I reached out to Huray support to explain the mistake and asked if the coupons could be corrected, as I needed the Adidas ones . Frederik responded with understanding and kindness, handled my issue quickly, and helped me get the correct coupons. I truly appreciate his support and the excellent customer service I received.
