Disgusted with this company

Disgusted with this company! Having purchased a hoover with this company and paid in full on 12/09/25 and told it would be delivered no later than 17/09/25, I still don’t have any goods or a refund!
I received an email to say they couldn’t fulfil my order on 26/09/25 and would refund but I’m still waiting on my money? Avoid at all costs!

Unfortunately, due to an error on Wowcher’s side where our item was over listed beyond available stock, we were unable to fulfil some orders, including yours.

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted all affected customers with an offer of a 20% discount on any in-stock vacuums through our website, or the option for a refund right away.

Update successful

Just spoken to the owner and had a full update an reasons supplied. Based on comments and discussion, I am happy to give this man and business 5 stars. now to wait for the Shark to arrive.

order hasn’t came

i ordered from huva.uk through wowcher.

there was no way to track my order.
i paid £20.00 for delivery on the monday, they said my order would come either before or on the 19th and it hasn’t. there’s no a single tracking number, no email to say it’s been dispatched, absolutely nothing,

i have sent them email to let them know i haven’t received my order and i would just like some form of update or proof it’s coming- even if it’s delayed. i’ve heard nothing back.

We understand that you paid £20 for delivery through Wowcher, however, please note that delivery charges and arrangements are managed directly by Wowcher for orders placed on their platform.

On our own website, we offer free next-day delivery, but unfortunately, we have no control over Wowcher’s delivery processes or delivery charges.

We sincerely apologise for not getting back to you sooner and for the lack of clarity regarding your order status. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, and we’re actively working to improve our response times and customer support.

I don't appreciate being ignored.

I don't appreciate being ignored after you accept my order & take my money. Thus far, I reckon I may have been scammed. Check out Direct Vacuum as they're a good company, who seem to know about Customer Service. I've requested a refund, from this shower, 3 or 4 times & have not heard back at all. No acknowledgement of my emails - this has been ongoing for over a week, having given them the opportunity to fulfill their side of the deal.

After all this time, I got a reply! Be still my beating heart. They now want order info... 'Billy Whizz' appears to be employed there.

Great Company.

Amazing service. Excellent value for money. Was thinking I might need to dispose of my broken Shark, however discovered Huva. They were able to supply a replacement part for 50% less than Shark which made it viable to repair rather than dispose. Will definitely check out Huva when I need to replace my current cleaner.

Spare Part For Shark Vacum

Ordered a spare part for my Shark Vacum, it was virtually a third of the price that Shark was asking for…

Only downside was instead of the advertised next day delivery it took over 5 days, but that’s a minor issue bearing in mind how much I saved….
