Hybrid2go Avis 

My hybrid2go battery lasted about a year. Contacted for warranty work and they read codes and said it wasn't the battery. However, it's exactly the same codes that were showing the first time the battery died. I'm certain the battery died but they refused to come out and test. They said it was the regenerative system and take it to Lexus for diagnosis.

I could not be happier with Hybrid2go. When my 2008 Prius battery died, I thought I was going to have to spend thousands to get it repaired. I was all the more sad because I had just bought the car used a few months earlier. But I found Hybrid2go online and emailed for information. It was smooth sailing from there on out... Quick answers to my emails (even after hours), and quick and easy installation. I think it only took about 15 minutes for them to install my new battery. Fault codes were cleared and I was on my way. That was almost two years ago and my battery is still going strong. I would not hesitate to use Hybrid2go again in the future. This is a five star company!

My Hybrid battery died on my Prius 2008.
Looked for Battery Replacement online, Amazon and found Hybrid2Go with Lifetime warranty on their battery, and twice cheaper than dealership cost of replacement.

Bought the battery, scheduled service day.
Their field tech showed up on time, professional and replaced my battery in June 27th 2023. It's been three years since replacement. No issues whatsoever.

Also their field tech, gave me a referral brochure.
Shared with my aunt and my brother, because they also had issues with their hybrid batteries.

My brother replaced Hybrid battery on his Prius 2007 through Hybrid2Go also in April 2023 and highly satisfied.

My aunt replaced Hybrid battery on her Lexus through Hybrid2Go also in August 2023 and highly satisfied with their service.

I recommend Hybrid2Go to friends and family, and will do more business with them, as needed.

Easy payment method, great mechanics, and smooth service. The only downside is that it’s can be a long wait since the mechanics are mobile and aren’t usually close to where you. But I do also like that the mechanics are open to helping you with other things that go on with your car and are cheaper to do things than almost every other place/person.

Needed my Hybrid battery replaced Hybrid2go came to my house and replaced it in my driveway in less than 1 hour ,2 young men polite courteous and professional car ran great ,battery had issues around 10 months later was replaced Hybrid2go honored the warranty my Toyota is once again running awesome great price and professionally done ,I highly recommend Hybrid2go excellent service and warranty good 👍 job Hybrid2go 👌

Even after 4 years of replacing the hybrid battery on my Lexus GS 450 H car, when the battery showed problems they came all the way to my home and replaced it completely free. That is great service. They stand behind their product.

Purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid, battery was still functioning but most likely near the end of it's lifespan. Researched available replacements and was contemplating doing the work myself, but decided to go with Hybrid2go because of the service they offer along with the lifetime warranty. Plus I didn't have to deal with receiving and shipping the old battery. Even though I live in an out of the way location, the Technician was on time and was done with the exchange in a bit more than an hour. He checked the complete system to verify all operating parameters were within specifications. I'm averaging 42.6mpg now. I totally Recommend Hybrid2go!

The service for my battery was fast and convenient. No one has time for taking their car in, let alone waiting for a tow truck. Them coming to my house and finishing the service in less than a couple of hours was a life saver! Plus they gave me a year warranty.

They were very reasonable on price and quick to service out on the islands, plus after having the battery for a year it started have a problem, and the came striaght out and swapped it out under warranty.
I would highly recommend they and there tech was great.

Service was fast and more affordable than any other option. Tech was knowledgeable and prompt with the installation. Most of the time with cars you fix a part and hope it works. Their was no guess work here car turned over and ran for a minute then boom… silence why because the hybrid battery was now on and running the car. I tell everyone about them and I am actually in the process of gaining employment threw them because I was soo impressed.

Battery replacement lasted one year, not 3 years as advertised. The next year when I needed a new battery, they gave me the run around as to why they can't do it this time. So basically, it's "lifetime warranty" for poorly refurbished battery, then excuses as to why they're not gonna replace it anymore.
Classic bait and switch.

The Toyota dealer wanted $6000 for a battery. The car is 22 years old. It was not worth it. Hybrid2go came to to my residence and it was replaced in about 30 minutes at 1/4 the price. The Prius is running great since the replacement with a warranty longer then what the dealer would give. How could i go wrong?

I waited a bit for a follow up review, but it’s been 2.5? Years and I think it’s safe to say this battery replacement worked out well. I called when my 2008 Nissan Altima battery died. I was told they could get out there in 5 days on a Saturday to get me a new battery installed at 630am. I chose new cells instead of refurb. Sure enough a Prius came rolling up at 630am and I had a new battery within an hour. I took a photo of the serial numbers on the battery bells and verified they were manufactured 3 months earlier. The cost was about 25% of the Nissan dealership. In fact my service rep was so blown away they could swap the battery that fast that he asked for h2go’s business card so he could start referring clients that came to the dealership and didn’t want to pay $12k for a new battery. You guys are the best!

Absolutely. The heart of what you wrote is really good, it just needs a little tightening so the story flows naturally and the enthusiasm doesn’t get buried. I’d keep your conversational voice, including the “freaking awesome” and the family-business point, because that’s what makes it sound like an actual customer review rather than something a marketing department wrote.

I’m not gonna lie… I was extremely skeptical about getting my hybrid battery replaced by a company that is 100% mobile. But what honestly blew my mind was the level of customer service I received.

I had direct communication with one of the owners, Josh, and I’m 100% sure he knew I was skeptical. He went above and beyond to answer every question I had and get me to a place where I actually felt comfortable moving forward.

What really stood out to me was that Josh even gave me the names of other companies I could consider if I decided Hybrid2Go wasn’t the right choice. I have NEVER experienced that level of consideration from a business owner who was trying to earn my business. He even told me that if there were any problems, I could contact him directly and he would help set up the installation for my warranty if the battery was faulty or anything went wrong.

After speaking with Josh, I felt completely comfortable moving forward.

There’s also something about supporting a family-owned business that genuinely makes me feel good about my purchase. We’re feeding families instead of corporations! ❤️

On top of that, the whole process was completely different from every other hybrid company I got quotes from. Most companies wanted me to pay before they even did the installation. Hybrid2Go had me pay after the work was done. They didn’t even expect me to sign anything. And I didn’t have to deal with an AI or automated system just to speak to an actual human being. We all know how rare that is nowadays.

I initially reached out on July 1, 2026, and by July 3, 2026, my battery was installed and my car was back on the road.

And the man, Zee, who did the installation was also freaking awesome! He went above and beyond and actually explained what had initially gone wrong with my previous battery and what I could do to help this one last longer.

Honestly, I didn’t even get that kind of information from the man who sold me the car! 😂

I love that this company is built on trust. That is extremely rare these days, especially when you’re dealing with something as expensive and important as a hybrid battery.

I went into this extremely skeptical about using a completely mobile company, and I left feeling like I made the right decision.

If you’re also skeptical about using a mobile hybrid battery replacement company, I completely understand. I was too. But Hybrid2Go earned my trust, and I’m genuinely happy I gave this family-owned business a chance.

I love the idea that they come to your residence that's a plus. They are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend anyone that owns a hybrid to trust this company.

They had to replace the first battery they installed but the second battery has been going strong for years and saved me a lot of money!
