Our 2014 Prius needed a battery replacement in 2022. Hybrid2go was thousands of dollars less then our local Toyota dealership.

Tech was at my office within 24 hours and was finished in less than 30 minutes.

On Thanksgiving weekend in 2023 that battery needed to be warrantied. Again, the tech was at my home within 24 hours.

Still no problems in 2026.

The Technician who installed my battery was prompt professional and willingly answered all my questions about my battery. He also provided information related to use and the warranty. I was very impressed by the quality and obvious excellence of his installation of my battery.

I bought this 2008 Honda Civic hybrid from auction, and it is not working. I did check and found out the hybrid battery is bad. I called Hybrid2go and a Tech showed up to install it. it took him 1 hour to do for good 3 years I never have a single problem with it.

Hybrid2Go quickly scheduled an appointment to come to my house to replace the working but marginal battery in my recently acquired 2006 Highlander hybrid. It was all done and checked out in under an hour, and it has performed well now for over three years. A year later I bought another 2006 Highlander hybrid for my niece's use and opted to have Hybrid2Go replace the hybrid battery. Again, fast friendly service at my house and a car that worked well again. Then my niece, now in another state, had a problem and was told it was a hybrid battery failure. It was outside the Hybrid2Go service area, but they gave me good advice on checking out the problem even though several mechanics refused to work on a hybrid. It turned out to be just a 12 volt battery issue which my niece was able to take care of herself with the advice from Hybrid2Go.

Mechanic was very professional and efficient. He replaced my Hybrid car battery in less than an hour and charged it that car was up and running. Mechanic was very friendly and efficient.

I use them on my Prius. They did a good job. I appreciated the warranty as 2 years later they replaced the battery again.

They came to my house and very quickly replaced my 2009 Toyota Prius battery. The price was very reasonable and arguably the best deal I could ask for, for an at home install. To this day I still have no issues with the battery and the lifetime warranty is a great bonus.

I have turned to Hybrid2Go to replace hybrid batteries twice, once for my 2013 Prius C and a second time for my partner's 2015 Prius. What I am especially thankful for is the willingness of the company to service cars so far away from their location. Each time, the technician drove from SLO to Palm Springs. Each time they arrived on time and worked quickly. The battery I purchased for the Prius C went bad within a year and a half but with the 3 year warranty, they were out to replace that battery within a few days.
