They come out to your location, which is very flexible and convenient. The downside is that you don’t receive a brand-new battery; instead, they install a refurbished battery, which seems to break down every year.

I loved that they came to me. Most mechanics near me were scared to even touch a hybrid, so the fact that they came to me & replaced my battery in an apartment complex parking lot in under an hours time, really made life soooo much easier. They're prices were also very good compared to others. I no longer have my hybrid, but if I ever get another one & need another battery replacement, let's just say, I'll know where to go.

I have two 2005 ford escape hybrids that needed ev batteries replaced. They came to my house and did the replacements.
It didn't take long and the replacement batteries work great.

I bought a battery about a year ago from my 2011 Prius and the car honestly is not worth that much so I was looking for something affordable but also reliable. I got a battery installed with a 3-year warranty and within a couple months the battery actually went out and I called them up and after I got confirmation that the battery was in fact defective they were at my house within 24 hours installing a new battery and they apologized and the battery that they put in has been problem free. These are all used batteries so sometimes it's a bit of a crap shoot but I was very happy with their service and I would recommend them to anybody

I bought my battery several years ago with a lifetime warranty. If there has ever been an issue they come and fix it. I have recommended them to everyone I know with a hybrid.
