Hybridgaming Avis 

I contacted Hybrid as I wanted to get my husband a gaming system for his birthday, I had looked on the website which was really well laid out and clear but was still a bit unsure of what I needed. I messaged via WhatsApp and explained my budget, requirements and the types of games that would be played. Dave and the team were fantastic, they talked me through all of the options, sent me links to YouTube to demonstrate game play and ensured everything was understandable for someone who has no experience in the field. The customer service has been exceptional, they shipped the items and followed up after to make sure all had been received. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Great service and can get it done quickly and pretty low prices

Took my Xbox in for a clean and service. Workers were exceptionally helpful and provided a quick turnaround and even when issues came up they went above and beyond what I would expect a company to do. Would recommend them for anyone looking for work on consoles or computers. 10/10 company

I had the batteries replaced in 2 MacBooks. The service and work was 1st class, I would highly recommend.

Walked into the place and instantly made me feel like royalty. I explained my problems with my mobile phone and the girl got one of the guys to look at it before I would book it in. Another smiling employee, started playing with it and fixed the problem within a minute. He said if it reoccurs then to book it back in. I just thought the service was fantastic and nothing seemed a problem. I will certainly use these guys again 10/10 from me. Thank you. 😊 Back today with a minor issue. Morgan fixed in seconds. Had a chat with him. They have only been open since March. A real asset to Ellon in Aberdeenshire. I rate these guys incredible. Please use them they are superb.

I had problems re my email provider and I was unable to access my emails.
I contacted the company and spoke to MORGAN who was very supportive and professional .
He diagnosed the problem and offered the solution quickly and efficiently.
He offered me advice on some other computer issues.
I am delighted that this company is now in Ellon.
I recommend them to anyone with technical computer problems.

Bought a PC for my son, he is very happy with it - he says it was simple to set up, fast download speed and and runs his games at a high level. There was an issue with one of the cards when it arrived but customer service was very good and it was fixed pretty quickly. One of the reasons that I chose to buy local. Would definitely buy from hybrid again!

Morgan and Dave persevered for several days with a tricky issue with my PC and its "new" second hand graphics card and were successful at a very reasonable cost. Great service!

Good at replying to my questions fast pleasant good people to buy a decent rig from on a fair price and system I can only expect more good things to continue for them would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Hybrid Computing Ltd as I had a problem connecting my iPad to the printer. They came out the next day and very quickly sorted out the problem. They explained what might be causing the problem and also talked through what they were doing to resolve it. I found this very helpful as I’m not very computer literate.

I couldn’t recommend this company anymore! I’ve been speaking with David for a long time now trying to get a pc build for myself, he’s incredibly knowledgeable and very genuine man. I unfortunately wasn’t able to buy the PC due to life circumstances, however if I was to buy a pc I would 100% being buying from HybridGaming as the customer service was the best I’ve experienced from a company! I can honestly see Hybrid gaming going very far! Whoever is looking to get into PC gaming please give them a WhatsApp message as everyone is so friendly and David himself who runs the company knows a lot about PC gaming!

I personally want to say thank you David for your understanding and help throughout the whole process of trying to get me my dream PC which in the end wasn’t able to get from you, however I will be returning in the future if I’m in need of a pc and will be recommending my friends and family to your company.

We all know when the PC needs seen professionally or when you can fix it yourself, I am computer savvy and couldn't give my PC a fresh Windows install due to a failed update, my PC is an integral part of my daily routine and I was stuck, so, I messaged hybridganing and got Dave, the kindest most understanding person I have ever met. They are currently opening a shop in Ellon and extremely busy, Dave took my PC and loaned me an old laptop till he sorted my PC which he did quick smart by the way with all he has going on. If you need anything regarding your PC repairs or upgrades please visit them or send them a message. There are not enough words to describe how immense the service is.

Dave was so helpful from start to finish, contacted me throughout the process. My son was over the moon with his Christmas present, my son found hybridgaming from tic tok. I wouldn't go anywhere else! If you need knowledge and experience look no further! They wouldn't rip you off either!
