Save yourself the trouble
I do not recommend doing business with Hydreight due to multiple inconsistencies in their service. There have been repeated issues with the delivery of items, and their system has proven to be inefficient, too complicated, and very frustrating to navigate, not just for me but also for patients.
Based on my experience, the company’s operations lack transparency and reliability, which has led me to discontinue further dealings with them. Prospective partners should exercise caution when considering transactions with this company.

Expensive
Pharmacy is always out of supplies when needed. Shipping for supplies is extremely expensive. The yearly subscription is expensive considering the commission from Hydreight taken out for each service. I might not be continuing for renewal.
Disappointing
I chose this company because they work in a patient safe environment, but when it comes to communication with the members, I am disappointed. Some of us like speaking with a real person, not an automated service. If you have questions, you can’t get an answer for 1-2 days. If I knew what I know now, after signing contract, I would have had second thoughts. Unfortunately, I have invested thousands of dollars already. I’ll have to give it my best shot.

I jumped the gun
I jumped the gun and signed up right away to get the "dream bundle". I was emailing Hydreight back and forth for over a month before they even got the order out for it. Then come to find out, the fluids are on backorder. I'm not sure how this is, because they have fluids in stock currently. So, even though I should have fluids coming sometime, which I cannot even get an estimated ETA, I ordered more.
It's also hard to get any products. Everything is always sold out. It is very frustrating.

The company makes it easy to own your company with the compliance , marketing and the subscription that meets the criteria, plus they are a public traded company that gives you the opportunity to invest in their business. I'm super happy thus far with Hydreight Wellness and Co., who is a partnership with my company.

Timely updates should be automatically provided and not have a 3-4 day response time either an issue that was ongoing for weeks.

Great platform changes for success…
The platform was easy to navigate and the centralized guides were helpful. The instructional videos on you tube have been beneficial and can easily be stored for future reference. Overall, easier software to use than when I was with Hydreight before. Good job team.
The app/ back office can be somewhat…
The app/ back office can be somewhat confusing regarding scheduling on the pt side of things and finding all the part that need to be completed for the menu, on the admin side. Some pts find it easier to have the CSP schedule the appt over the phone which is difficult when the pt needs to schedule a consult. There’s no “wait until session” option or “skip” option for the provider just to hold the time slot. Also, not all the providers join calls even when it says they are available or with a scheduled appointment. I was not aware that the providers are only available during certain times. I would have not scheduled a client appt so late had I know this. It forced me to cancel the session.
Problematic
It’s very difficult to communicate. Everything is through email and it takes them days to respond. Lots of back orders on essential products. Lots of bumps and delays after you sign up. Nothing is as promised. No real support. Just some resources.

I lost two clients because of Doctors won’t respond to the calls. Second issue availability hrs were not updated so clients couldn’t book with me
Exhausting Ordering and Customer Service
It’s been one month and I still have not received all the items in my “awesome bundle”. In fact I’ve emailed 15 times and finally got an apology that it is in backorder. As half the items seem to be. I’ve had to finally figure out how to navigate and find some of the other vendors and order several times because of the lack of support and information provided, causing me about $100 extra. All through email that responds once a day at the end of the day. The ordering portal is not user friendly, nor is the way of communication and trying to get to the bottom of an exhausting situation. How am I supposed to even get started, much less run a business without the necessary items to offer anything at all? Unacceptable at best!
Poor communication
Everything went downhill once membership fee was paid. Process was very difficult with minimal guidance. Teams seemed very disoriented with poor communication. Not sure how members of hydreight would succeed with minimal guidance. I’ve put a hold to this new path that I was extremely excited about because I’ve lost confidence and am at a lost
Registered Nurse
Ordering portal is always out of stock. Takes forever to get live. App is slow as heck. Wish I wouldn’t have paid 3 k to be stuck with this company for a whole year. Also recruiter lies saying you’ll get a start kit with everything you need. It’s not everything you need.
