Hydria Avis 888

I have 3 Hydria fountains which are beautiful (if a bit fiddly), but one of the remotes got wet despite being in the double sealed bag. I contacted Hydria customer services to see how I could obtain replacement but frustratingly didn’t receive a reply for several days (by which time I’d worked out myself that you can buy them separately)
Previously I’ve had a reply to any query fairly quickly, not sure what’s happened lately?
Anyway I ordered 2 new remotes on the website on 29/4 and I’m still waiting for them today 2 weeks later!! I do appreciate there was a BH but there was absolutely no order update until I emailed customer support who then said they’d been dispatched…… thankfully now showing as at Evri depot so fingers crossed!

Good safe delivery. Item is smaller than I thought but beautiful. Easy to put together and everything worked well. The trickle is a bit quieter than I would have liked. The item was reduced after I ordered it so I had a coupon to use for another hydria item which was nice.

I now have three hydria fountains.The latest one for indoors.The petal fountain with wooden stand, makes a lovely calming feature to the room.

Very elegant and very relaxing and when the sun comes out it's very sparkly as the mosaic picks up the the sun

When deciding which one to purchase we paid the extra for the Leaf Cascade over the cheaper water feature. Unfortuntky the extra monies paid was a waste of money as the pump sold with this unit dose not have enough power to raise the water up the height of the tube to make the cascade work. Therefore the pump works well as a straight water feature but not fit for purpose for the leaf cascade.
As a follow up a replacement pump was sent out and this did not resolve the problem, have once again spoken to customer service re problem and I an awaiting a reply.
Well it is now a month since this saga started and dispite customer service trying to put the matter right we have instructed them to arrange for collection of faulty goods and full refund. Now four days after request for refund have not yet had the courtesy of a reply. not a happy bunny

Excellent product. Arrived by 9th May as promised, took less than ten minutes to set up.

Sent me an email saying item despatched when it hadn't been. Stated delivery between wed 30 April-Fri 2 may. Now 5th May and no sign of item.
When I check tracking details the item hasn't even been despatched to Royal mail. They haven't even got it yet. Every time I use this company it's the same story. THEY TELL LIES. Don't bother with them.
6th May, still not arrived, no replies to my email and to add insult to injury the price has dropped. I am so angry with Hydria.

The fountain bowl is leaking and runs out of water.

Nothing wrong with the product but it arrived 3 days after forecast.

Customer service non existent!
Also you have to return at own cost which is expensive for such a large item.
2 weeks on from returning, sent receipt to customer service. No reply, no refund just silence.
If I treated my customers this way I’d be out of a job!!!

Really pleased with my new water feature I have also recommended it to my family who will be purchasing one shortly

Waiting for ages- just for a replacement remote control.
Hydria have responded with a free remote and postage.
So pleased and I can now carry on working with soothing water in the background.

Had few teething problems but a gentleman called Joel, contacted me and quickly sorted out the problems.

Shocking aftersales, still trying to get a new remote delivered, currently 19 days awaiting delivery.

No telephone number to call, no response to emails or contact form. It’s a shame as the fountain is lovely.

They are ok until something goes wrong. AVOID.

Great product. Had a few issues setting up glass pebbles, support team response was fast, efficient and effective

Easy to order. Only small criticism is not knowing the hydra came without a topper when it was pictured with one. Smooth transaction though. Vey responsive customer care.
I recommend 3 things. Use distilled water if you are in a hard water area. Will definitely extend life of the fountain.
Play around with the different fountain heads and height as well as the strength of flow using the remote. Surprisingly strong fountain of water.
I used a 30cm diameter pot and an upturned cereal bowl to rest the unit on in the pot. It does need to be level.
Simple to set up and a clever design. Very happy.
