No hesitation in recommending Herschel infrared heaters!
I have purchased from Herschel previously, and had no hesitation in buying again when looking for a smart, space saving heating solution for my new kitchen. I emailed them for advice before buying, they were really helpful. Once ordered, delivery was very quick. Our electrician had never seen the Herschel heaters before, he found it easy to install and said he would recommend them in the future.

Not best for an elderly patient with mobility and memory problems
Good delivery and a fine piece of kit. Unfortunately it is unsuitable for use in an elderly persons room. The controls are inaccessible and the app is well beyond her comprehension. It’s just too clever by half!

Excellent products - great customer service
Despite an initial picking error sending a used return, Herschel responded quickly, arranged a replacement and offered a complimentary patio heater as compensation. The whole process was professional, transparent, and efficient. I'm happy to recommend Herschel based on the standard of customer service I received.
The Select S3 heater is my second quality product from Herschel. I am delighted with it.

Delivery issues because of wrong customer care process
I called asking to postopone the shipping of my order and it was confirmed, however goods were anyway shipped and delivered while I was on holiday. It was difficult for me to manage goods collection. Next time please ensure that process is handled properly

I have been sent the wrong lead , the connectors don’t match!
When I questioned this I was told it was simple to rewire!!

Great quality product
I wasn’t sure which model to order so called and received product guidance which was really helpful. Web site easy to navigate and the heater arrived a few days later. Easy to assemble and gives off plenty of heat. Thank you
