A great little heater for my summer house which I bought on offer. Herschel’s website is easy to use and has good product information. Next day delivery too. Very efficient. Thank you.

Excellent high quality company
Excellent high quality company - customer service amazing, so helpful in advising us on our personalised heating panel - looks like a piece of art hanging on the wall amongst other framed pictures - you’d never guess it was a heater!
Cannot recommend highly enough - really super quality and service throughout.

The delivery was pretty crazy
The delivery was pretty crazy. The guy just left it outside. Seems risky for a 500 quid thing.

Warranty is not as good as it seems
Purchased via a 3rd party. No issues with the purchase or delivery.
Heaters are great, aftercare/warranty not so much and where they loose stars.
Received a faulty thermostat, which has been replaced. Great.
However they won’t take responsibility for the additional fees I’ve now had to pay to have the unit checked - at their request - and then replaced by my electrician. (Which would not have happened had the unit been working 100%). And also now have an additional higher charge on my electric bill, as the fault caused the temperature to never read correctly and therefore never switch off. (Again a fee that would not have incurred had this been working properly.)
So beware of this, that while a warranty looks good, the additional fees you may incur if the goods have any issue, they will wash their hands of.
