Lightfoot has changed the way I drive including my own car, I also enjoy the app and checking on my driving score.

The system went live Monday morning, I input the code emailed to myself and it won't accept it.
It asks every 10 seconds to input the code for twenty minutes. OMG FRUSTRATING, I've never swore so much in my life. I contacted lightfoot who wouldn't de activate it till they had a solution but instead put it under review which will take approx 48hrs apparently.
The accelerometer is so sensitive it bond at you every time you accelerate at the same pace as normal daily traffic. Joining a motorway it warns you too slow down.
It's the most frustrating system I've ever had the misfortune to be stuck with. It's like having a non driving teenager in the back seat telling you how to drive.

Can be stupidly sensitive and distracting at times but it works on slowing stupidly driving makes fuel last longer too.

I have this system in my work van and forced to use it. I can honestly say that I have never used such a useless driving app.
You basically have to drive around like an undertaker to keep the score that is acceptable to the company. I also regard it as dangerous as pulling away from junctions, roundabouts or joining a motorway where you often have to speed up a little for safety triggers that stupid voice to tell you, "go steady" and the system gives you a low score. I have tried to drive very badly, break harshly or corner too fast to see if it would mark me down and it didn't. So the only time it gives me a low score, is the very time I need a bit more speed to keep myself safe. I hate the system as it is total crap and I continue to complain to my company for forcing me to use this useless system.

Dangerous, distracting and very bad for diesal vehicles. The thing that makes engines inefficient is carbon build up. Most people get rid of carbon deposits by driving "normally" and using your rev range thus the engine gets warm enough to burn the carbon off. Driving the lightfoot way will cost you in the long run. Carbon build up will destroy your engine. Your DPF filter will clog quickly and costing around £2000 to replace you had better save the pennys you save on fuel.The company i work for has had to replace 4 DPF's so far since using this junk:) Thats £8000 :) . Entering a motorway at 30mph is dangerous which is what I am insentivsed to do by having crappy prizes which I don't enter but nobody i work with has won more than £3. I have disabled the speaker and stuck it under the dash as it is totally unessasery.

Great way to keep an eye on driving skills keep up to date with scores.

It's a great app. Very happy with the information that it records. Odds of winning a prize, other than the drivers lottery could be better. I've been using the app for 6 years and never won a prize

Another device designed to fix a problem that isn't really a problem.
Distracting, annoying and not fit for purpose, as well as down right dangerous, the simple solution is to rip it out or accidentally smash it in the van door .
That type of response is typical of a profit driven business putting revenue ahead of safety, while marketing a shoddy product that's not fit for its intended purpose.
