Set up is fairly easy.
Delivery was good. Hydra was well packaged. Fairly easy to set up. Had to pair remote with fountain which delayed getting it working but once I did everything has worked well and I’m pleased with my fountain.

Great support with my rookie error
Couldn’t work out how to set up the pump. Emailed for support & got a speedy response. I’d made a silly mistake & realised as soon as I watched the trouble shooting video. Really impressed with Hydria, from purchasing to the support team, all have been very helpful. Definitely recommend this company.

I love the easy setup, remote control with a timer, and the ability to accessorize this fountain. You can use the Fountain indoors or outdoors during spring, summer or fall. Looks great in my backyard garden!

Ordered the full shebang they dispatched everything but the pump itself, pretty useless being left with a pot, mosaic and frog with no water feature despite ordering on the 12th June

Ordered a replacement pump as my origiǹal one could not accept other fountains attachments.Sadly replacement failed to work so Hydria sent yet another and that works well.Very pleased with their customer care.Would highly recommend this company

Love the fountain it's a cool addition to the garden and looks lovely. Had a small problem this year which, thanks to customer service, was identified as the remote. Customer service were fantastic (yes Kiz, that's you!) And by close of day a new one was being sent out under warranty. Nothing was too much trouble and we can't wait to get this lovely little fountain back up and running again.

Updated to say they have excellent customer service
I bought the hydria leaf cascade with an additional Greek jugs attachment.
This was brand new and in the box it said scan this QR code to get immediate help.
I did and no one responded. From the hydria support,
The attachment on the bottom of the jug is not long enough to fit in the fountain and none of the attachments are the right size.
However after my initial review on here i got an email from them and the problem has been resolved. So I have to say
