We spent many hours researching which make of Hot Tub we should have and Laura at Take Wellness was brilliant - she answered all the questions we had and then arranged a test in their showroom - the result was we purchased and the delivery, crane and installation went off like clockwork.
Since we had the Hot Tub we have been astonished at how well it keeps its temperature and also how quiet it is when running. The kids have thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the follow up and advice from Laura has been first class - I heartily recommend Take Wellness Wales

Recently bought an ex demo hot tub from Take Wellness in Pontyclun. It’s been absolutely wonderful and has really helped with my chronic pain. I use it every day. The customer service is second to none, from our first visit into the showroom until installation and aftercare. They have gone above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend.

I placed an order for a couple of spare…
I placed an order for a couple of spare parts and was call ed the next day to be kept up to date and told the parts where not in stock but would be delivered with in 2 weeks.
The parts turned up as arranged well within the time scale.

Amazing customer service
I rang to get a quote for a service on my hot tub .I spoke to Kate who was the most helpful person I've spoken to in a long time ! Full of great advice and help. I bought some products and will drive using these guys for future service or repairs ...amazing

Zone therapy
I have recently purchased a zone therapy massage hot tub from the Hydropool Pontyclun, South Wales branch.
The showroom was easily accessible and many types of spas and spa products to purchase.
This spa suited all my requirements and with Laura's welcome advice, knowledge and experience, I felt confident and excited about my purchase.
I was kept up to date on all arrangements and requirements prior to delivery and it all went smoothly, Hydropool team took exceptional care with my spa.
Once installation was complete Simon gave me some basic chemical training.
I'm thrilled to bits with my Hydropool spa and so look forward to my sessions in there to aid my physical and mental wellbeing for many years to come!

Efficient service
As always, Simon returned my WhatsApp call very swiftly. I sent him photos of my issue with the control panel on the hut tub and he recommended some remedial action straight away. That worked and we were up and running within 10 mins of my call. Thank you

Ordered a spare part which was delayed by the delivery company. Despite this clearly not being the fault of Take Wellness, the team were very quick to ship out another part to me. Thank you for handling my issue so fast.

Highly Recommend
We moved into a house that had a Hydrapool hot tub that they left us. We haven't used it at all in the 6 years we have lived here and was sat on a slope for 18 months whilst we had work done on the house. The condition of the hot tub was not great and was really grimy.
We contacted Take Wellness and from the outset their service has been second to none. Simon popped by to have an initial look and said he didn't see it as a problem to get it back up and running.
The engineer came out and installed the armoured cable cleaned it and filled it. Unfortunately it tripped and we needed a new part. The part was ordered and engineers came back and installed, it still tripped so an electrician came and changed the fuse on the main board, but didn't sort the issue. Steve the engineer came back out to take another look and found it was the pump causing the issue. This was replaced and we now have a working tub.
The engineers/ office staff and Simon have been fantastic, very professional, prompt and reliable. I cannot recommend the company enough.
They have been very helpful with guidance on how to use the tub and chemicals to someone who has never owned a tub before.

Just wanted to write a review to congratulate you on the service we received on purchasing our hot tub with you, from the moment I stepped into the showroom and spoke with Laura to the delivery and installation team the service was first class. The whole experience felt very personal and professional. Laura took the time to answer my numerous questions either via phone on WhatsApp. Access was very tight to garden but they patiently squeezed it through. The time spent showing me the chemical process and the operation of the tub was very thorough and put my mind at ease. Highly recommended using this local company who provide a personal touch.
