Amazing customer service! Tammy was a huge help when I had a problem with a pump. She quickly solved the problem and followed up to be sure everything was hNDLED.

Hygger lighting, water change, and heating products are always great. When i decided to try their battery backup air pumps, I knew I would not be disappointed. I love them! With 20- something aquariums, I was tired of 20-something air pumps. These large ones replaced the small ones in both rooms, and more I have more electric plugs available. Hmmm... more tanks?

I purchased a waste collector and it leaks. Contacted customer service and they quickly sent a replacement. Hygger has many great products at reasonable prices. Will purchase again and highly recommended.

Great lamps, I use them for all my terrariums. I had a malfunction with the last one I bought. I contacted the compagny, they were really helpfull and quick to answer. I tried suggestions they gave me to make the lamp work again. Unfortunately, it was really broken, so they sent me a new one right away. It arrived within a week, 110% satisfied with this compagny!

I think Hygger is the best in fish!!! They have absolutely amazing prices, great deals all the time, and their products are just unsurpassed. I bought a heater and it wasn't working properly. I sent a video of the heater and they replaced it within a few days!!! I would recommend them to everyone!

Also very good customer service, replacing a faulty light 8 months after purchase, with no hassle and a new one delivered in a few days.

I bought a tank heater, it worked fine the first few days. It quit heating so I contacted Hygger. They asked a few questions. Requested a video and with no more questions they simply sent me a new one.

I am completely satisfied with the products that i have ordered and the customer service is exceptional in my experience!

My light shipped to the wrong address and got returned to sender but they quickly resolved and sent a new one to the correct address.

Ordered 2 smart lights . Had an issue with the pair not being the same . Customer service was on top of it immediately and sent new light and resolved issue inside a weeks time . Great service great products

I researched online that a wave maker is an excellent addition to an aquarium to help circulate the water especially at lower levels. This stops mulm and debris building up on the bottom substrate. This Hygger wave maker is excellent for a 110l Tetraline starter tank. My chichlids enjoy the waves too. Unfortunately it stopped working after 11 months constant use. I contacted Hygger support through email and they arranged a replacement free of charge. Excellent service from this company.

Bought to hang on back filters both quit within a month. Total junk !! I maintain aquariums for a living and so gals I did not buy these for any clients

Seems like a great deal but it’s not. The instruction manual is very vague and the writing is tiny. Once I was able to get it working it lasted 2 weeks before it stopped working. They did replace with a new one through Amazon but now I have to pack up the broken one and return it in the original package, so you better hold on to the box etc. In the meantime I did have to purchase a different filter that was much cheaper and seems to be doing a better filtration job so I have not attempted putting together the Hygger replacement.

My heater failed after a year use and Hygger sent me a new heater very fast. Awesome and reliable company!

I don't know how anyone in these reviews has given this company excellent scores for customer service. The products may be great, but I wouldn't know because a week after ordering my order still says processing. I emailed them (there is no way to get in touch with anyone by phone) earlier this week asking to cancel my order. I finally get a response saying that they can't cancel my order because it has already shipped, gave me a "tracking number" but not who the supposed shipping carrier is, and my order STILL says just processing on my account. How could it have shipped days ago yet still show as processing? No matter how great these products are I will never purchase from this company again. Your website offers "fast free shipping," which has absolutely not been true. I may not be the case, but this sure seems like I was lied to about it being shipped just so that they could deny my request for a refund, even though my order really has not shipped.

I always have a great experience with Hygger. Their products are often innovative and priced right. They back it up with reasonable warranties and always seem eager to please their fish audience.

I have several lights from Hygger in my tanks and I love them! They are bright and make the colors in the tank pop! The automated sunrise and sunset with the timer feature allow the fish to wake up gradually for feeding time. With their great customer service I would highly recommend that you pick a light from Hygger!

I am a loyal Hygger customer and love their products. I've never had an issue with anything I've purchased, until recently. My battery back-up on my air pump stopped working. Within minutes of me contacting the company they helped me! In just a few days I had a new replacement pump delivered and my catfish were happy again. Fantastic products and even better customer service!

I bougth several times this brand heater and I am very happy with them, even one time it stopped works and they delivered another one new for free and very fast, so good customer service and post-sell one.
