We have been a customer of Hipex since 2020.
Initially, we were extremely satisfied with the product, but over the years, prices have increased multiple times, while service has decreased, from our perspective.

I had a long phone call with Hipex back when we signed up.
We made it clear that we were looking for a managed Magento solution, and that we didn't want to focus on system administration internally.
In this regard we were promised this:

Over time, Hipex (now Hypernode) has mainly referred us to DIY Docs, even for complex topics, and left us with very sparse replies.
On multiple occasions, I have especially experienced this with a specific employee, even though I highlighted the issue with his approach, compared to the quotation we accepted, It has not made any difference.

From my perspective, Hypernode requires time and knowledge for system administration knowledge (and I'm sure It's a great product If you have this), but this is not how It's being sold, or at least It wasn't to us.

The product however is great performance-wise.
