I bought a dark green sweatshirt in late November 2025. Delivered was a light, bright green sweatshirt. I returned the garment and tracked it, it was received on December 8th 2025. A month later, no refund and despite contacting several times. No one responds. The URL for the company website no longer exists.
High quality product, really easy to order & I love the branding!

I recently posted a negative review of this company. To put matters straight I was contacted after Christmas by the founder of the company Rupert who was unavailable over the Christmas period. He was very professional and apologetic for the mix up with my order. He took matters into his own hands and resolved the problem promptly and courteously. Thank you Rupert.
Very easy to order and not too long a wait for delivery but I’m disappointed with the gym vest I ordered. I like the actual design but not the material. There is no stretch or give in it at all so it’s just not great for the gym in my opinion, I just won’t wear it and when I looked to return it, the info was not easy to find. There were no instructions on my order receipt for example and it took a lot of navigating via instragran etc to get to what I needed and then there is little explanation eg. Where to return it or access to a returns number or anything like that so fingers crossed when I do send it back that I actually get a refund! All very disappointing sadly.

The top that was ordered does not have any added stretch in it, it is 100% polyester as per the description - It is a Neoteric fabric that wicks sweat away from the skin to keep you cool during your activity. We're sorry that you were expecting something different.
