I have now done two months of wake up…
I have now done two months of wake up yoga with Vicky. She is a spirited, interesting teacher with a varied weekly menu and a progressive monthly plan. I now have stomach and shoulder muscle tone and this morning did a plank for two minutes thirty seconds with her and the morning crew - epic. Recommended.

Morning zoom class great way to start the day.
I mainly do the online zoom classes in the morning. For me it is a great way to start the day. Vicky is a great teacher, clear instructions, gives lots of alternatives so that I can work at the level that suits me that day. The classes are fun, well thought out routines and friendly delivery. I like the alternation between flow classes and strength and the different emphasis on upper and lower body, so I feel I have worked the whole body during the week. Also great value for money, I would really recommend signing up for a monthly plan.

This studio is lovely!
This studio is lovely! For me to be able look out through the glass into the park and seeing it shifting from season to season gives an extra dimension to my practice. Fellow yogis are very friendly and so are the staff who always seems to know everyone’s names. There’s always herbal teas available and almost always a yummy snack for after the practice.
