I bought a 4Ah Hitachi re-conditioned battery because it was the best price. I was immediately nervous when I received an email promising to be in touch as soon as possible, rather than the usual slick automatic response. Anyway, although delivery took about 3 weeks the item did arrive and ...
it has worked consistently now for over a month. It is a 'used' housing but as far as I can tell the internal batteries are performing well.
If the test is, would I use ibattery again? Then yes I would.

Bought 4 makita batteries from them which never arrived.Been in contact with them several times and after a few emails back and forth, they said I would be getting a refund which never happened.Escalated the issue with Paypal and am currently waiting for a response.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. And delivery was far quicker than I had anticipated. I shall no doubt be placing a further order of a Nikon EN-EL18 battery. Well done Ibatterys.

These batteries are terrible, the 5ah Makita branded batteries came to me and seemed fake. Didn't quite fit tools, branding looked wrong but they were cheap. The batteries have started to fail after just 6 months.

I bought a 5.0Ah Makita battery recently for £53 which included postage. I knew that it was a copy, as this was explained in there description. Their web address lead me to believe they were in the UK, however, after a week of waiting, I looked at some reviews and found out they were based in China.
Putting all this aside, the battery arrived 3 weeks later, I have to say, it was worth the wait, i've bought other copied batteries from ebay before, they've worked, but they never really fit correctly, however, the battery that arrived from ibattery is superb, it looks identical to an original, fits perfectly and even has the power meter on the back, i'll definately be ordering more batteries from them.

Excellent customer service. I wasn’t in hurry for batteries it took 2-3 weeks although I suspect Brexit didn’t help. This is a good place to buy from, I ordered Sony batteries for A7 series they work and hold their charge perfectly.

I ordered a Nikon EN-EL15a battery. I was in no rush for it and expected a possible wait, no problem. I enquired about progress after a week and communication with Lisa was good. The item arrived a few days later. It was very well packaged and in good condition. The price was also good.

Ordered battery for Dell laptop... Price was really good. Did not know what to expect. Product arrived and the quality was brilliant. Thank you.

My personal experience with ibatterys is better than expected, great customer service and comunication with Lisa, genuine product for best price on the market and faster than expected delivery, highly recommend!

I had ordered a battery over 2 months ago and it still it has not arrived. Lisa has also stopped answering my emails. I have heard so many excuses as to where the battery is I am going to claim my money back. Somehow I think I might not get my money back either but I will give it a go.

Battery arrived OK, though it took 16 days to arrive.

Ordered two Panasonic DMW-BLF19 batteries which arrived from China after 22 days without any original packaging and any receipts to make a return. Under closer inspection the batteries do not look like the original ones, although they have a Panasonic sticker which also does not look genuine.

Whilst this company s based in China, I have still found them easy to deal with. I ordered a Li-ion battery from them and enquired after 2 weeks when I could expect delivery. Lisa W responded within 24 hours that I could expect it by the end of the week or early the following week and it duly arrived within that time. Unfortunately despite being well packed it arrived damaged, so I sent photographs of the damaged battery and packaging to Lisa. She again responded in less than 24 hours and has promised to send a replacement. I would say this is excellent customer service.

This is a company based in China, the batteries are sent from China. The batteries are Chinese fakes, ther is nothing genuine about the batteries which simply have copied labels stuck on. They refuse to give a UK address to get your money back. Thankfully I paid by PayPal who did give me my money back. Do not touch this com[any with a barge pole.

Impossible to deal with, avoid

Bought a hilti battery and I'm very satisfied 😌
