The charger took a little while to arrive so I emailed them. They got back to me within hours. Unfortunately when it arrived it was not working, again I emailed and they sent me a replacement with no charge. The customer service has been excellent and they went out of their way to resolve all issues. I would buy from them again.

The battery I received is without any shadow of doubt counterfeit goods. This company needs a visit by trading standards.

Dishonest and impossible to deal with...Do not deal with this company, they are a Chinese company posing as a UK seller!! They state fast shipping, but I ordered a Makita battery and they said delivery would be 20 days so I asked for a refund as I needed the item urgently. I didn’t receive the item or the refund after 3 months of waiting and numerous messages and broken promises. I eventually had to raise a dispute with PayPal and got a refund straight away.

At first I was a bit dubious but customer service staff great answering my query, on ordering I didn't know it was coming from abroad but all fine and I got my battery

Bought "genuine" Makita 5Ah battery. Definitely not original, never had this capacity and after a month usage I have 0.005 Ah battery. There are much better and significantly cheaper replicas on the market.

Ordered two Canon NB-4L batteries, after much searching online from ibatteries. Received confirmation email from both ibatteries and Paypal. After a week having heard nothing I emailed and was told by Lisa (Customer Service) who was very helpful that it would take about fifteen days. Also included was the route and tracking number with Yodel for when the batteries arrived in the UK. Batteries duly arrived one day earlier. Charged both of them up and seem perfectly ok.

A delay due to covid but batterys arrived fully charged and ready to use. i would use them again and recommend them for there service and keeping me informed as to what was going on, Avery caring company.

This company is bogus , the U.K. address does not exist!! The is a Chinese scam do not buy from this fake company, it should be closed down

I purchased two 18v Makita batteries, I wasn't given a delivery date but after discussing with customer service they sent me a picture of the tracking information.

The package came well protected. My batteries seem robust and reliable.
I'm very happy with my products and I will definitely use these guys again.

1. ibatterys.co.uk is not a UK business, it is chinese.
2. I received my £35 Sony battery direct from another unhappy customer as the only way he could try to get a refund. He put a return address on the package so we exchanged experiences - he has not been refunded. Ibatterys gave him my address and told him to send it on!
3. My battery is a fake. It says Sony on it and looks genuine but it's a fake, it weighs less, lasts half as long, gets hot when charged and the hologram is not convincing. Reviewers here who say they have a genuine battery are likely not smart enough to know they have been duped.
4. I gave 1 star only because I can't give none.
5. Despite several assurances and "screen shots" of refund - ibatterys have not refunded me so I initiated a chargeback through my credit card company for fraud and was successful.
6. ibatterys asked me to do a review saying they would pay me £1 for every review - so here's mine, they owe me another £quid!

I was very disappointed to discover that ibatterys is in China and not Portsmouth!
I ordered my battery on 18th April 2021 and it eventually arrived on 4th May 2021. Hence the 4 stars.
However their Lisa has kept in touch with me throughout, keeping me well informed of progress and assuring me that the battery would be a genuine Fuji, correct type, and not a compatible one.
So it is and I’m well pleased.

ALL GOOD HERE. Having recently purchased a spare battery for my Sony A7iii digital camera from Ibatteries, I can only report a good experience. On line purchases from smaller suppliers can often feel a little bit of a risk. But this company has PayPal which is a secure way to pay and will intervene if there's any problems. The postage may take a few days longer than the world's biggest on-line traders but with reassurance from the great people at Ibatteries, you will be happy about the price when you receive your items. I give them 10/10 and I will be going back to Ibatteries to buy other replacement chargers and batteries. 😁 👍
