Faultless service despite manufacturing delays
Although there was a significant delay between ordering and delivery I cannot fault the folks at icarlease at all. Craig especially made sure to keep me in the loop along the way. I will definitely be looking at renewing with them in a few years time.

I had a good experience with this company. The car took a bit to arrive but they always kept me in the loop about where my order was. I seriously can't thank them enough for getting me my new car it was definitely worth the wait after being let down previously by another company. The communication with the Account Manager (Rebecca) was second to none. Any questions, queries I had whether about the car I was ordering, the paperwork I was required to complete, it all responded to quickly and in a friendly and professional manner. The interactions were pleasant, and never pushy with any up selling.
I would totally recommend any car leasing with them. They truly look after their customers.

Absolute waste of time.
Found the car I was interested in, put the finance order through and 2 days later after I followed up I was told by Craig Sutton that they are very busy (I was told it would take 24 hours) and now unfortunately all the stock cars are sold and the new price is nearly £100 more p/m. Total waste of my time. Don’t waste yours

Having just taken delivery of brand our new Mercedes EQA, delivered pristine via trailer, I can say that icarlease have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Fantastic experience
Had a great experience leading my car from iCarlease. Vik managed account and provided great help and support throughout the process as well as after the car delivery. They also offer a great deal. I dealt with Craig Sutton at ICarLease and my experience was fantastic. Craig managed to find my desired vehicle within a short space of time and delivery was arranged within 3 weeks! Great price and service, would highly recommend this company.

Efficient and Exceptional service.
Within two weeks of initial contact with icarlease we had three new cars. All with less than 10 miles on the clock and in a perfect condition. Katie and Gareth have been a dream to deal with and delivered above and beyond when many others could not.
