AVOID. Boots were cheap looking and fitted poorly. I asked to return them and spent days going back & forth to get the returns address whilst the Customer Service team told me it would cost £50+ plus custom duties to return. They offered me a refund of £4.65 instead to keep them. I posted them back with Royal Mail for just over £10. Expensive but a better deal overall. I will never use them again.

Picked up the ankle boots just to switch things up from sneakers and yeah they’re solid. Easy to wear with jeans and didn’t need that annoying break in period. Shipping was decent too came in about a week

These sneakers surprised me tbh. They feel light, not bulky at all and I’ve been wearing them almost everyday now. Box came slightly damaged but shoes were fine so didn’t really care much

Bought the boots mainly for dinners and a few outings and they actually look better in person. The finish feels decent and zipper runs smooth which I noticed right away. Not something I’d wear all day but for a few hours they’re perfectly fine honestly

I ordered the mini ankle boots for fall outfits. They actually looked better when I opened the box then I expected. The zipper works smoothly and the fit was good. Walked around the mall for a couple hours and my feet were still okay.

I picked the slouch leather boots just because I liked the look. Now I wear them more then I thought I would. They work for quick errands and even casual office days. Shipping was a bit slower then expected but the boots arrived in good condition.

Items come from abroad -China. Take a while to arrive. Sizing doesn’t match their advertised sizing. Didn’t get the correct colour on one pair, even if it had fit. Was about 2 sizes too small. Contact has a European base. Very polite emails but you either have to return to their European base at your cost within a shortish time period for a full refund or they may offer a replacement and keep the shoes or a minimum refund far below price paid and you keep the shoes (that didn’t fit). Very polite but also you feel you’re not getting anywhere when emailing. Sometimes very prompt responses sometimes you have to chase. When tried ordering replacement with a bigger size, said the order was ok then heard nothing. Chased 2 weeks later as not had confirmation of despatch and told not ordered and items I wanted were out of stock. Back to return the shoes or small percentage of original price refund as no alternative was suitable. Be wary before considering ordering from this company.

I should have read reviews first,,,scam of a company .
Do not order as you will not get the same as photos on website completly different
Then they will not cover cost to retun telling you it will cost up to €65 stay well away

These slouch boots are now one of my favorite pairs. I wore them with a sweater dress and they looked really nice.

It would be zero star rating if it would let me.

Ordered a pair of black boots and they sent me brown. They will not accept responsibility for this and will only offer a partial refund and are refusing to cover the cost of return shipping. They only way I can get a full refund is by sending them back and the shipping cost is my responsibility which they have even told me will be expensive as I have to ship it back to the manufacturer in China. I am in the UK. Their emails are offensive and condescending. When you raise an issue or ask a question they answer like a politician and end with have a nice day. We want what best for you.

Ordered the retro sneakers for weekend wear. They are light and easy to walk in. I wore them around the city for a few hours and my feet were fine. Delivery was smooth and tracking worked well.

Purchased a pair of boots in and was sent the wrong pair of boots. The company refuse to cover the returns postage cost and are only offering a partial refund. Extremely poor behaviour and it is clearly the wrong item I have been sent. Stay away
