Genuine Birkenstocks delivered!
I was wary of this site as I received an email after order, assuring me of the site's trustworthiness! I had extensive, anxious communication with their bot, which did not allay my fears.
But yesterday, my clogs arrived in Birkenstocks packaging from the Netherlands.
I take it all back.
Thank you!

The colour of the clogs of what I ordered was not correct when I opened the box
They put it right straight away with no quibble. All they asked for was a photo of the item.
I soon had the correct pair and was not asked to send the incorrect pair back much to my amazement .
They kept me informed with no delay in their response.
Based on this experience l would use them again and recommend to others

Trainers arrived exactly as promised. Great condition, safely packaged. Communication was excellent, emails kept me up to date. Had no worries at all about my purchase not arriving. Great job. Would recommend and will use again. Thank you.

Fake shoes , i compared with a original pair and the ones they sent are definitely fakes

Got what I wanted for much less than all the other stores.

Will defo use Icons again.

10/10.

Definite counterfeit goods. Trainers took 2 weeks to arrive, were a size smaller than advertised and covered in a white paint like material. Seller refusing refund.

One aspect of quality customer service is how are mistakes handled. There was a discrepancy in the listing which showed sizes UK11 and US13. The company sought to clarify which size was wanted. The product arrived today and everything is perfect.

I normally take a size 6. However 6 in boots I ordered were nipping my feet. I was able to get a pair in a bigger size by just paying the shipping fee and they let me keep the original pair which I will gift or donate. Was very happy with this outcome.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company list themselves as being based in Amsterdam but the goods are coming from China and will takes 4 weeks despite then advertising Royal Mail delivery . I'm sure these will fake Birkenstocks when they arrive and I realised this and tried to cancel the order even though tracking shows it's not been handed the carrier and they won't cancel. AVOID AVOUD AVOID.

Great footwear, even better prices and would have been 5 stars but they just took so long to get to me!

do not buy from this company complete time wasters that take forever to ship 3 weeks. Same old generic responses when you try contact never buy from this scam company

The safety runners I ordered were fantastic very light and when you are on your feet all day these shoes are so comfortable they are simply the best safety shoes I have ordered absolutely fantastic I would 100% recommend these shoes

Great boots purchased. Great price and delivered quickly

Kept informed of the order status. Good quality footwear. Nice fit.

I did not realise how far the shoes were coming from.
As much as I love the shoes . I am in need of buy another pair for my daughter’s wedding. As they look better in the photo the for real.

Product takes a while to arrive, but overall the product is of great quality & blends very well with my suits.

Item was exactly as described
I was kept informed every stage of the delivery and item delivered on time
