Nike trainers clearly counterfeit!
Wrong size sent, they are plastic/rubber, rubbish box, colour transfer, glue on fabric, poor stitching……very fake!!! Codes don’t match
Seller Won’t reply
SCAM company. So far no trainers and no way of contacting company. I expect they’ll tell me they’re on their way. Wish I’d read these reviews before I parted with my hard earned money!!

This company is shocking, tried to get a return label but they keep insisting on filling in such a long form then said I hadn’t filled it in!
This company does not want to give you a refund at all. The trainers are to small and I want to send them back.
Response is slow on email just dragging their feet.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.
I am going to report them to trading standards if I don’t get a resolution.

Our returns process does require a short form so we can match the request to the correct order and keep a record of the item being returned. In this case, there was some confusion around whether the form had been received because it was submitted from a work email address. We completely understand how that added unnecessary frustration, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion.
Once the form was confirmed, we provided the full return instructions for a 100% refund. We also offered an alternative 75% refund with no return required, allowing the customer to avoid return shipping costs and the additional waiting time for the parcel to be received and inspected.
We never want a customer to feel that we are trying to prevent a refund 😓. The intention behind offering different options is to give customers a practical choice depending on whether they prefer a full return or a faster resolution without sending the item back.
We do recognise that the communication in this case could have been smoother, and that is something we take seriously.

Reviewing on the basis that this company seems affiliated to Icons footwear with the exact same MO but unresponsive on their own Trustpilot page (also utterly damning).
DO NOT TOUCH!
Ordered shoes which took 2 weeks to arrive and were the wrong size. Poor quality, not as pictured. A classic wearing down scam came from Muriel, offering 15% refund and returns to China at my cost with no guarantee of refund.
Icons do not seem cognizant of UK consumer law.
Final request for full refund refused and now my intention is to review everywhere, require a s75 clawback from my credit card company and learn a valuable lesson.

To clarify, 15% is not a partial refund option that we offer. When we do offer a partial refund, it is presented as an optional alternative for customers who would prefer to keep the item and avoid the cost, time, and complexity involved in an international return. It is not used to prevent anyone from requesting a full refund.
A full refund is not refused simply because a customer chooses not to accept a partial refund. Customers can still follow the standard return process, and the refund is processed once the return has been received and reviewed according to the applicable return conditions.

Do not purchase anything from this company. Fake goods and no returns available except to China. They only offer a percentage of what you’ve paid by way of refund.

Appalling. The shoes do not fit. I was led to return them the next day, they asked to to take photographs of them! I have never ever done this before.
They are trying to make me swap for a different pair. I have never dealt with such an awful company. Beware!! The trainers arrived an a battered box with no labels, not what they tell you on the site.
