Bag arrived in perfect condition. Packaged well. Delivered on time. Quality of the bag is super. I have used the bag immediately and find it very comfortable, roomy and superb to use whilst out for the day. I love it.

The sheepskin at the ends of one is very static looking and bitty. I can’t describe what I mean but I hope you understand.

I am over the moon with my rug ,exactly as described also I was surprised to received a grift of a cushion cover.

Product was great (cowhide)and am most impressed by the prompt delivery and I was updated throughout the transit.

Lovely rugs, ordered 2 and sent the one back as it didn’t suit my one room. Have emailed 3 times and received no response, finally after a week have had an email which is asking which rug I returned? Odd as the company sent me the return label ( have proof of postage) and am disappointed that despite emailing to confirm which rug I returned am still waiting to hear back ?

Absolutely beautiful bag. Have had many compliments, but the long strap clasp broke very shortly after it was received. Customer services said they can’t replace it because there are none in stock- they are still selling the exact bag online! Really poor “customer service”, especially considering the price of the bag. Won’t be returning & will advise others not to purchase from here too.

The products are very high quality, I have had 3 of the cowhides and 3 sheepskins and all have been really lovely. Delivery is always quick and service is great. I would definitely use again - probably for cushions next time 😍😍

Great products, fast delivery - amazing!!!

I bought the double sheepskins for placing over my dining room chairs, for our New Year's "Winter Wonderland" celebration dinner. They looked so fabulous and I've loved them so much - I've left them on! It's now March and I think it's time to retire them for the spring and summer sadly, but they will be out again towards Christmas. These are excellent quality. They came quickly, were well packed and I've had no issues.
