Took my phone to Lichfield shop to get the screen replaced & was quoted 90.00 if I paid cash & 1.5 hours. Unfortunately I agreed & returned 1.5 hours later. I waited a further 1.5 hours only to be told they had broken the on/off/volume switch. As I was returning to Glasgow the following day they kindly lent me an old s21 off the shelf. Before returning home I returned to the shop where I paid 80.00 cash & they agreed to post the new switch. 3 weeks later it arrived but by that time the phone was completely useless, having switched itself off with no way of switching it back on. I also discovered the "new screen" was a cheap plastic imitation which broke when the new switch was being fitted. NEW PHONE REQUIRED.

moral is DONT USE ICRACK LICHFIELD FOR REPAIRS!! although polite & helpful I would question their competence.

I crack Cheltenham, gave me fantastic, out of the ordinary, service and help. They bent over backwards to repair my very old and battered computer as they knew the emotional significance it held for me having been bought by my late brother. Thank you Seebaz, Stephen and Mohammed. I know you went the extra mile (or two or three!) and I am very grateful to you all. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I have a feeling that I have been scammed.
Have arranged for over the post repair, on the day I have booked and paid use the online chat to verify the address i need to send the phone, had a response fairly quickly and that kind made me feel bit more secure.
I have posted the phone last week, and today trying over the phone and on chat to get an update and there is not answer. also emailed but nothing.

Prices are extremely high for low quality items - not worth it, would not recommend

I contacted icrack camberly who replied via whats app quoting price for a new screen for a Samsung A13, I went in the store for a while you wait service 2 days later and replaced my cracked screen with a Samsung original part in about half an hour, very friendly and professional service at a very good price would certainly recommend.

Extremely poor service and workmanship — avoid.

I took my iPhone 15 Pro Max to iCrack Gloucester to have the rear glass replaced. The initial greeting and service did not inspire confidence, but I needed the repair completed within an hour.

When I collected the phone, it was wrapped in Sellotape. I was told this had to remain on for eight hours while the glue set. I paid £60 and left. The following day, I removed the tape and had to clean surplus glue from the phone myself.

The next morning, I noticed a crack in the new glass. The back was also loose because the adhesive around the edges had clearly not bonded properly. I returned to the shop, and the staff acknowledged that the glued edges had failed. Despite this, they accused me of dropping the phone and refused to repair it under warranty unless I paid again.

I had not dropped the phone. I refused their offer of a discounted replacement and asked for the faulty repair to be corrected free of charge. They said management approval was required, took my number and promised to call me within three hours.

Seventy-two hours later, I am still waiting.

I paid £60 for a repair that lasted barely two days, was left covered in excess glue, came loose and cracked, followed by an accusation and a completely broken promise to contact me. I have now lost all confidence in iCrack Gloucester and will pay another repairer to put it right. I would not recommend this business.

Today I went in to get my iPhone 15 repaired because the pixels were dying and the screen was cracked and the price said was 100 pounds which is quite a lot but then I picked it up and I had to pay 150 pounds even though I got told before it was only 100 pounds, my phone works fine and the service was quick but I definitely got scammed a bit for all that...

While I was in Torquay today while shopping for a raffle for a work's event that's happening in September, I went to iCrack to get a my phone's screen saver renewed and Hasnet, (sorry for the spelling of the name) did an amazing job in fixing/installing a brand new screen protector. So, if anyone has an issue with their phone, I recommend going to ICrack if you have any issues.

Took my laptop to be fixed @ ICrack Chiswick as windows wasn't loading. The staff nice and polite however, it took an extra week for them to bring it back to me and the charger was lost. They replaced my lost charger but after I took home, my equipment showed the same problems. I paid £100 but t h ey did not fix it and I am very disappointed.I would not trust them to do any work.
Ps. A week after I had my laptop returned, I suffered a mail-bomb attack on my Outlook account, lost emails, important information config etc... and it took me several days to sort out. Coincidence or not I had never ever had a problem with my Outlook account that I have since 1996.

An absolute con of a 'repair' business, verging on the edge of criminal. Paid nearly £400 for a screen replacement and tempered-glass screen cover. Firstly, the first screen cover initially cracked after 1 day of having the screen replaced, which eventually after a frustrating phone call was replaced with a secondary screen cover.. (not without the guy in the shop trying to tell me that this was a slightly higher quality graded tempered glass protector, and I would need to pay a small upgrade charge now it had been fitted.. which ofcourse, I did not.) Annoyingly within the year, the actual screen itself had totally broken down. No crack, no damage.. Just blank. After making my way down to the store to seek some form of help and advice, I was effectively told it must have been dropped (which it hadn't) and there was nothing that could be done. The warranty given for that money was ridiculously only 3 months, but I was told in no uncertain terms, that even if the screen were still within the warranty period, it would effectively make no difference as there would still be no definitive way to prove whether or not the phone had been dropped and the screen damaged due to that (as aforementioned, there was no crack or damage to the front of the screen.) Either way, if you want to go somewhere where you know the service you will get one, will be professional, but two, be protected.. then go somewhere else. There's plenty of other local, reputable phone repair services.. Use those. I'm not one for leaving reviews, but felt on this matter I had to make others aware..

HAMID from Stafford iCrack is such an amazing person, going above and beyond to help me with buying an Apple MacBook Pro and Samsung 25 fe. Which I need for my college course. And made me very welcome in the shop. Definitely will be going back and highly recommend it for your phone repairs and to buy products as well. Thank you, Christopher Scragg

Sold me a cover for my Samsung z flip 7. It didn't fit so returned to shop. Cheaper cover now fits but they wouldn't refund the difference to my card "not company policy" told I could get refund by going on line. What a joke. I Won't go back. Condescending assistant.

The website says that they offer a walk-in service that includes iPod Classic 5th Generation. I walked in with my iPod Classic 5th generation and they weren’t even interested in hearing what the issue was.

Just wanted to give the two guys at ICrack in Chiswick a big thank you. I took my laptop in to get a quote and they fixed the problem straight away. They even updated my software for free.
They were professional and curteous, a real asset to the company.

We popped in yesterday morning, Monday 29 June, with a damaged screen, (Samsung A22) and a case that was falling apart.
Received politely, phone examined, price given and accepted.
Repair completed, (new screen protector), and a new case sorted.
Professional, job well done, out inside 10 minutes.

I went into Icrack in Market Harborough with my Iphone that would not charge. They cleaned out the charging port and got dust and debris out. After this it worked fine. Thay where very helpful and did not charge for sorting it out for me.
