I Create Art Box Avis 117

The flour bag had busted and was spilling out of the box before I even got it opened.
I've tried to delete this comment. I did confuse I Create Art with I'm the Chef Too. Sorry for my mix up.
I've not yet gotten my delivery from I create art, but I'm sure it's on the way.

Shipping and handling was extremely long no communication and still haven't received my package I ordered, hopefully we will get to create it next Christmas.

My kids are excited! They love everything that we ordered and can't wait to use it.

My teenager was happy with the two items she ordered. I was able to track one of the packages and be ready to receive it.

This was a disappointing box especially for the price. The paints were simple water colors that can be purchased for $3 dollars at a CVS. Other than the basic instructions and pictures which could've been downloaded from the internet, the only value this seem to have was in time that I didn't have to spend compiling it myself. I bought this as a gift for someone who takes art classes. I could tell on their face that they were disappointed when they opened it as was I. I will not be purchasing anything from your company again.

Box was not what we expected. For how much we paid, it came with a few pens/pencils and some pictures to look at. Would not order again.

Have not opened yet. This is for my creative great grandchild. Won't see her till October. Very excited to give to her.

The customer service experience I received from Sam at your company was second to none. He was so attentive to my concern for not having received my order in time for my niece's birthday and went above and beyond to ensure I could get a new order shipped out immediately. More companies should take a lesson from your team!

They used false advertising (the picture did not match what I got), overcharged for what I actually got, and then only refunded me for half the amount I paid for them. So after having to pay shipping fees both directions, and their so-called return and restocking fees, I actually ended up paying to get NOTHING. Of course they claimed this was all acceptable behavior due to their "company policies", which would be more aptly named "we have the legal right to steal your money" in their pages and pages of fine print. I am a school teacher just trying to buy things for my class (using my own money) which they did not care about either. Do not support them!

Yes, I thought they would be different because the picture that you had showed something different! I noticed you quickly had that changed once I mentioned it, but luckily I took screenshots. The Michael's site only said, "Not eligible for in store returns". And I chose to return them thinking that I would at least get my money back for the merchandise, instead of less than half. As for the items being "unsellable in the condition sent back", that is news to me and I find it interesting that you are only choosing to mention that now. I stand by my first review.

I was amazed when I got our box full of homeschool art lessons !!! They were all in packages labeled by project number and the best part about is that they have pre-recorded lessons for each art lesson !!!!! We have tried out lesson 1 and have fell in love with this course we cannot wait to start fully in June !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Art class is going to be amazing !!

Holy moly, clearly someone at this company is REAL good friends with someone in the government..... Through the Idaho CHILDRENS grant money we were able to shop at a little online "market" literally every single thing is from wish, I guarantee it! I ordered a two pack of scratch paper. (You scratch the black paper and under is a silver or gold paper that shins through). The most I've ever seen it FOR A FULL SHEET OF PAPER, Was $6.99 and that was a lot! These gems (I create art) are selling a tiny booklet of them 10 little squares, 2 pack for $34.95!!!! Every single thing is price gouging the heck out of these poor students. This company deserves absolutely nothing, except for to perish! How do you guys speep at night??!!!? I have pics too, but apparently you can't upload them here. 🤬🤬🤬

I'm happy with my order, I'm satisfied with the contents of everything. I would order again and recommend people to your company.

I think this box is an excellent idea. I opened the box both my son and couldn’t believe all of the supplies that was provided. My son got started with one of the projects right away and is completely hooked! For the rest of the night, he was creative and worked on his drawing, no video games! I recommend this to all parents!
