Pésima atención del gerente en La Curazao. Me exigieron un sinfín de documentos e historial de las casas de empeño donde rechazaron la pieza por no ser oro. Me hicieron dar vueltas en vano, perder tiempo y manejar estresado. Buscaban deslindarse de su responsabilidad en lugar de resolverme. Muy mala experiencia. Cerré por completo todo me quedo con la deuda prefiero mi estabilidad emocional ..

esta compania no sirve yo no la recomiendo, tengo mi cuenta hace unos 4 años con ellos,
y esta ves me decepcionaron,
llame para ver por que mi cuenta estaba desavilitada,
y me salen con que esta desactivada por que no se a usado por 6 meses.
y que para avilitarla tienen que correr mi credito nuevamente,
pero eso no es todo la persona que me contesto no tiene nada de servicio al cliente,
muy grosero, irrespetuoso, ni siquiera me dejaba que le explicara las cosas,
así es que mejor corte la llamada y nada mas pago el balance cierro my cuenta
y nunca mas vuelvo a usarlos.

This company is no good; I don't recommend it. I've had my account with them for about 4 years,
or more. and this time they let me down.
I called to find out why my account was deactivated,
and they told me it was deactivated because it hadn't been used for 6 months.
And to reactivate it, they have to run a credit check on me again,
but that’s not all—the person who answered had absolutely no customer service skills,
was very rude and disrespectful, and wouldn’t even let me explain things to them,
keep talking saying things that i wasnt answer.
so I just hung up. I’ll just pay off the balance, close my account,
and never use them again.

This place deserves zero stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I purchased four sets of dishes, several of the sets of dishes arrived broken, not because of the shipping but because they were not properly packaged by Curaçao. I immediately reached out to the company and started a case and was told I would be fully refunded. I was then told that it would take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on my card. We are now 30 days out and they just refunded one of the sets, but not all of the sets that were damaged and that was after me calling every week and being lied to several times about the status of the refund. I will NEVER order from here again.

Terrible they allow you to place orders for items they do not really have. Cancelled my orders twice! Even worse than that is the phone reps are really rude and hang up abruptly somewhere during the call. The last rep pretended that after the call I can leave a review about the phone experience and just hung up after that. Avoid icuracao they are a joke!

Estuve en la tienda curacao de Phoenix az me diriji al departamento de credito a reactivar mi cuenta y despues de que me la activaron tenia un cargo de ese mismo dia de $ 19.99 de un monitor que nunca compre la unica persona que me atendio se llama Milva. Esto es un fraude y le pido atodos los clientes que revizen sus cuentas y no encuentren cargos inautorizados.

Pesimo el envio. Nunca me llego el pedido de 28 unidades. No compren con ellos son unos estafadores.

I had a account opened up by theft and I told this company about this matter they did nothing to correct this situation. Also made a complaint to the CFPB IN REGARDS TO THIS MATTER AND THEY CLOSED THE CASE SAYING THEY FOUND NO CASE OF FRAUD. WOW. I'm not HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME OF THIS CASE. WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT AS I ALWAYS HAVE UNTIL MY NAME IS CLEARED.

It took us forever to get help. We waited for around 40 minutes to be able to talk to person and the credit area there is only one person helping once we got the help she told us that she did not know a lot of things, and couldn’t answer most of our questions. She seemed kind of lost and her area of work. Also when we were looking for some items, we saw that they had a promotion table where they were selling most of the things for two and five dollars, but there was a mess you could barely identify what was for two dollars or for five when we try to buy some items. The person at the register was really rude and told us that everything that we had was for five dollars when we tried to explain to her that there was a mess at the table and we couldn’t clearly see what was for five dollars. She got mad and went and took a picture to a signed that wasn’t the table inside of a basket and told us that the sign said that everything was for five dollars inside of the basket , but earlier that day when I walk in the store, I had picked that sign up and put it in that basket because it was at the floor so she did not even know what she was saying to us when she told us that the things that there were in the basket were for five dollars so I went back and took a picture and tried to explain to her and she got mad i’m not sure, but it seems like she was like a manager or something. It seems like there’s no organization at the store. They told me that all of the people at the store were busy doing something and that was the reason I couldn’t get the help earlier when I waited for 40 minutes, but it was clear that the people working were talking walking around like a if they were at the park they don’t seem to care about customer service which that was really bad because I have a credit card at this location for almost 7 years and I would hate to close my account just because of the customer service I really wish that the people here could take their job a bit more responsible and try to help people who come and buy at the store. Hopefully you guys can fix the problem. I really appreciate your time and I hope people can get trained and give more customer service the manager who I spoke to who she was really rude. I bought a warranty for a product and needed to use it. I called the protection company. They said the store,Curacao, doesn't send them the correct information. I called customer service, 6 times and they said they had to authorize sending the information. I had already paid for my warranty. They had the information, but they simply didn't send it. My recommendation is that if you buy a warranty, verify that the curacao store sends the purchase information, to the protection company or simply DO NOT buy it, since they won't pay for it, according to the company's criteria.

Being a good customer is not good enough for you guys I have tried fixing this but you won't even give me my credit back because you guys think that being a good customer is not good enough. I have never been late or never missed a payment. I am going to post on Facebook and we're ever else I can find not to do business with Curacao. They don't appreciate good customers. First time using this company and my shipment was lost. When I called to get a refund, they made me wait two weeks after their claim was paid. This company is so broke they can't even refund the money on the spot knowing and confirming the customer is not at fault. It's been a month after I placed my order and my money is still in their bank

This company sucks they wasted my time as if credit wasn’t a factor told me to come to the store and bring id all this find out your not approved why am I going to the store they give you the run around!
