Ideal Boilers ie Avis 

I see they shut the other trustpilot page. Is that because your brand new boilers go faulty and flood houses and destroying kitchens and ceilings and fuse boards during a pandemic making folk homeless! Then you lie and squirm so you don’t have to pay for the damage! Disgusting lying bunch with rubbish boilers! Whatever you do don’t go ideal!!!!

Had a new boiler fitted in July last year. Very happy with the boiler, unfortunately cannot say the same for there customer service. Absolute nightmare trying to get a service sorted through them. I have never had such a hard and stressful time trying to get my boiler serviced through anyone else before like I have had with this company. Rung up to book a boiler service a month before it was due. They gave me a date for the 22nd of July. Told me the engineer would call me between 8am-9am and tell me when he was coming. Nobody contacted me. So I rung them up around 10am and told them Nobody had contacted me. They looked through there appointments and said it had been booked for the week after the 29th. So the woman had booked the wrong date who had booked the appointment. So wasn't very happy as I had lost 9hrs overtime for this inconvenience. So I complained and was told they were going to listen to the telephone conversation between myself and the customer service advisor, and they would get back to me. After about an hour a lady named Nicky rung me back. She said that they had listened to my conversation and the lady had booked the wrong date, which she apologised for. So she then booked me another date for the 27th July. She informed me over the phone that I would be thefirst call that day for my service. So came to today the 27th of July for my 8am-8.30am service. The engineer then rings at 9.30am to say he will be with me between 12pm-14pm. At 14.10 I rung the engineer to see if he was coming. He eventually turned up at 14.30pm. So I asked him why he didn't come to me first thing in the morning like I had been informed and his reply was he hadn't been informed about any times at all. So another day wasted waiting in for them to turn up. He apologised to me but he didn't know and was not informed of the situation. He said when he was going I hope you get better customer service next year. I said I won't be bothering with ideal boilers next year. I will use a reliable business. Absolute disgrace to get a service from this company. Would not recommend this company at all for servicing.

i have had an ideal boiler for 4 years & have it serviced every year for warranty purposes
booked a service for today but no engineer attended
phoned and was told it had been cancelled - given no notification/call/mail - best part of day wasted & money lost. offered another appointment but no compensation for my wasted time - appalling service - DO NOT BUY/
USE this product - better boilers and service available on the market

Had a new Ideal boiler fitted in January 2021. Just broke down again. The same problem again. Not happy.

After reading my reviews and doing lots of research I buy a Ideal Atlantic boiler, great price from a supplier, my gas safe engineer fits the boiler it comes on for 2 minutes then turns off with a L2 fault, Day 1 Thursday. My engineer registers the boiler and calls Ideal as it comes with 5 year warranty, someone promises to call they do and I explain that I have a child under 1 and need my hot water and heating. She says someone will call me back and they never do. Day 2 Friday so I call them and find out what is going, an engineer is coming to you on Day 4 Sunday, the engineer arrives and because l live on a terraced street he has a issue finding a spot, and says he cant stay, I ask him to drive again he says I dont have diesel for that and leaves evan after I tell him I have a baby ( nice). So I call up and the lady is very helpful despite me being upset. She says someone can come on Monday (day 5) I am promised this, no phone call in the morning from the engineer so I call them to be told that they are booked in for Tuesday (day 6) I explain the situation again about my child, but it doesn't matter and when I ask to escalate it I'm told that someone will call me today. No phone call. Dont by an ideal boiler as the after care is poor care and procedures by the company.

I recommend if you have their engineer turn up and talk to you like something out of a dogs bottom. Record the vist on your phone then when they try to make it sound like your at fault you have the proof but even if they do an awful vist and the whole experience has made you ill dont expect a box of chocolates for their incompetence actually expect nothing at all .public relation zero not even 1 star ,ps I'm a terminal ill person so this is my warning to anyone thinking of a boiler upgrade! Actions speak louder than words remember that

The worse company, been waiting for a service going on two years now. Seems the engineer is sick each and every time they need to visit our property

They have serviced boiler for last 3 years always reliable and very friendly staff and system has continued to function well

Amit from Ideal Boilers fitted a Logic Heat boiler today at our home. He was very helpful and efficient.

Had Ideal Vogue s321e gen 2, 32 KW boiler installed on July 2019. The stated efficiency is 93% in the specifications, however the actual efficiency shown on the display screen is only 65%. Disappointed!!

Great service from Matthew and the call centre when my boiler developed a leak. All carried out with the minimum of fuss and in a professional and Covid safe manner.

We had a boiler issue and were so impressed that an engineer was sent out to us the following day even though it was New Years Day when we rang up. Luke in Customer Services was brilliant to sort this out. He obviously cared. Stuart, the engineer, was excellent so professional, friendly and helpful. He totally sorted our issues and gave us a clear insight into our next steps.

I've been fitting Ideal boilers for about four year now. I used to fit the Worcester Bosch and made the switch because I wasn't happy with their warrantee service after having a couple of issues.
I can't tell you much about Ideals warrantee service because I'm yet to have a problem with one that I installed. I'm sorry I wasn't using them from the start actually because they are a better price, easier to install and by the looks of the internals, they will be easier to replace parts. Keep up the good work Ideal👍

I find both the vogue and the logic a very easy boiler to install,they are very straight forward to commission and the servicing could not be simplier,the logic is especially good when installing it into an existing system where you do not want to pressureize the the system for obvious reasons.!

Great quality boilers, pricing is right and after sales care is also very good, not to mention 7 year warranty
